I've said it before and I know it can have negative connotation but you guys will understand.

I'll admit it - 10 years ago I'd have rolled my eyes.

Tonight, I jumped off the couch and fist pumped when Maya pulled an MJ. A testament to both a much improved product and having a pre-teen step daughter that's into basketball.

Nice job, ladies. Feel free to wrap it up in 4...

It is weird man. I don't care much for the Wolves, I wish them the best though. I've followed the Lynx for a few years now.

Generally, I'm not a BB guy but the Lynx are refreshing. They dominate and have likable stars.

This is one resilient team. They got through that first half with Maya on the bench and only 4 down. I thought they had a real good shot, especially when Maya came out on fire to start the second. Then she picked up that 4th foul right away and I thought they were in serious trouble. Peters, Monty and Cruz came up HUGE off the bench with Maya out of the game. Maya came back in the 4th and just took over. She was a cold blooded assassin on that last shot. That was a pure ice water in the veins moment.

Nailed it for me.
The ONE team that doesn't follow normal MN protocol (of letting you down)
They've had the opps thru this run of theirs ... to disappoint us like everyone else does... and they simply refuse to lose the big games.
Sure, they haven't been perfect, but we don't ask for that. We ask for a professional, tough effort every game out and these ladies almost always do that.
Its not too much to ask for.
They put their male counterparts in this state to SHAME.

Zach Parise should play for the Lynx.

This is what I appreciate most about them. Winners win.

Have to reconsider the MVP. Maya Moore gets my vote. They should do that best women's player all time thing again. Bet Maya would make it further.

Lynx play at 8:30 EDT tonight. Here is hoping they can finish it off. Don't want to play a game five.

That was probably her most meaningful Finals play. This is still my favorite.

Ok so they bring it home for a winner take all, Game 5, 7pm ct tip.
Target center just may be filled to the brim for this one. Appears only single seats in lower bowl and some upper level sections largely full I've heard.

The journey this team has taken to get to this point has been pretty remarkable. Lots of talk about all the "talent" but still lost is the fact this team literally flipped half its roster (6 of 12 players were NOT in a Lynx jersey opening day) AND changed their primary style of play mid season. Seriously, winning championships is hard enough as it is.

Anyway, home court is what they wanted and they got it so should be fun. Here's hoping our Lynx refuse to lose & send the fever packin with nothing but their dirty laundry.

Winning the 1st title in ATL was a blast to be there in person, but if they can pull off winning this 3rd sucker at home
