Can we stop talking about playoffs and how minion gives us the best chance, now?

He… fking.. sucks…

The guy was stuck in an unwinnable situation. The play-calling was abysmal. He had two weapons on the field. The running game was nonexistent.

I have no animosity for Mannion. He was the sacrificial lamb.

But otherwise it's all Kirk....

Mannion isn't set to make $45-million next season.

Mannion kind of reminded me of those old timers who throw batting practice in MLB. Nice long windup and then throw the meatball.

The guy was set up to fail. His first significant pass was on fourth down where they had him throw to CJ Ham on the sidelines....who dropped it. I saw way too much Ham and Conklin.

Mannion is never going to be a full time starter in the NFL. But that should also be said for 3-5 other guys on each side of the ball.

Two guys that absolutely have to go.....Andre Patterson and Adam Zimmer. This team has given up 117 points in the final two minutes of halves. Has to be a league high by a country mile. It's like the blind leading the blind in the coaches box.

Hated his body language on the sidelines.

Set up to fail by being on the roster. He's not very good. It also didn't help that your guy Adam Thielen wasn't playing.

Does Zimmer want to see Mond play next week?
Zimmer: “Not particularly.”
Why not?
Zimmer: “I see him everyday

We can fix that.

Honestly, I can't even judge a guy when he has absolute garbage around him. The Packers were playing for everything and it looked like it. The most inspiring play I saw from the Vikings all night was from Bradbury.

The Viking offense looked like something out of a second game from the preseason.

Gonna be a tough couple of weeks at winter park, what with all pink slips and moving vans. Still one more game but it will be an interesting off season.

How come GB (with a backup oline) can avg 6 yards per carry while our starting oline just gets manhandled?

Looked like a varsity vs jv game from top to bottom.

Our defensive line can't stop the run. We are #29 in the league against the run in yards-per-carry.

#32? The Packers. Which is precisely why they aren't going to win the Super Bowl.

Hyper critical of a lot of things. Goes easy on Mannion.

He doesn't belong on a roster.

His slow windup, lack of mobility, and poor decision making were all easy to evaluate IMO.

You gotta have great corners to have a good defense in the NFL. I've been saying that for over a decade. All the rest of you were touting being tough in the trenches. We led the league in sacks coming into last night. We've given up the fourth most points in the NFC and the ninth most in the league. A sack may be the most overrated stat we have in football.

He certainly didn't look like a quarterback made for 2022. If you are going to have almost no mobility at quarterback, might as well ask Tommy Kramer to come out of retirement.

Their failures are complete.

Zimmer, Spielman, and Cousins has to go.

We can go from sour to a breath of fresh air by simply doing the right thing.

La Canfora (CBS Sports) says Vikings are having internal discussions about a coaching change.

I would hope so.

So, who leaks that info? Is it on purpose, the brother to a friend? What?

I think, of course the two brothers have talked about it. I can't imagine whether it's a no brainer to not likely to happen, two brothers not chatting about getting a new coach. Wouldn't you talk to your brother about just about everything Vikings if you owned the team? Of course you would.

I mean, sure, La Canfora is correct ... but did they have it on the agenda?

Dorothy, get all the principals in here at 9:45am tomorrow to discuss replacing Zim. And don't forget that coffee cake from HyVee this time, either.

That same article says Fangio likely to be done in Denver. Defensive Coordinator candidate.

I've been so against Adam Z from the get go. The hiring of AZ and Brian F, OC at Iowa, is one of the worst ways to screw loyal fans of a team. We deserve the best hire, not having to sit through the process of getting them into the good ol' boys club - earn your bones somewhere else

Spielman probably has his suits made of teflon. A smooth talking SOB that will gladly shove Zim under the bus and pretend he wasn't at fault.

Even so, it's going to take at least 2 years to re-build the defense, assuming Hunter returns to health.
