I'm sure after last weeks' 0-4, you guys and gals can't wait to see my predictions.  Maybe you want to bet the opposite of these and make some real money:

Tennessee over Baltimore
Carolina over Arizona
Philly over NY Giants
Pittsburgh over SD

This is such a crazy season I don't know if more than 10% of the people got yesterday's games correct - especially AZ without Boldin destroying Carolina.

Kurt Warner is the one old guy kickin butt

People MIGHT start thinking I'm predicting the opposite of what I REALLY think, but I'm REALLY posting who I think will win.

0-6 so far for the playoffs, I think it would be VERY difficult to get EVERY single playoff game wrong, but I'm well on my way (5 more to go).

Marty,

You could be the Detroit Lions of the playoff predictions! It's a goal. {shrug}

For what it's worth - I never expected the Cardinals to get this far either, and I thought the way the Titans had commandeered their season that they'd be playing in the Championship Game. Weird post season.

I thought AZ would get crushed but I didn't think the Titans would win a SB with Collins.

I wish I would have been betting on Arizona, could have made some coin. I picked them both weeks, more because of vulnerable secondaries of their opponents.

Look at the teams with the leading rushers in the NFC..MN Gone, Atl Gone and Carolina Gone.....I guess maybe John Childress is right, this appears to be a passing league

I still like the Chargers, big today in Pittsburgh.

I think everything is setting up for a Philly/San Diego Super Bowl. I really think that Tennessee got jobbed yesterday by penalty non calls and the play at the end where the play clock ran out and they didn't call it. What is with the make me want to vomit love for Ray lewis' cheap ass play. He is a dirty mf on and off the field.

What's shocking to me a little bit is that so far both road teams have won against the bye teams.

Previously roughly 80 percent of the time bye teams have won.

I'm almost afraid to ask this, but ...
have they been showing the old lady every 5 minutes this year?
If not, how long before THAT thing rears it's ugly head again?

I thought they got divorced or something a few years ago?  Am I wrong?

If true, his resurgence makes sense.
OTOH, the way she was, she'll probably still be there stalking him with those pointy eyes and that beady nose.

Just 4 more to go, Marty!

It would really be amazing if SD wins this game.  4 and 6, 4 and 6 in the title games.

I hadn't heard they divorced, and knowing what little I know about the Warners I'd be very surprised.

Perhaps I'll start a rant about how ugly some of these GUYS are, just to even things out a bit.

I like the Ravens but can't stand Lewis.

He is not even their best LB any more.

That other LB was the one bringing the wood.

Agreed! Although I am not as confident about Flacco as others. He is still rough, reminds me of  Roethisberger with a better arm, but potential to be just as inconsistent. Both have great teams around them.

Their story is great and I admire them personally.

But she is so ugly that the cameras should not show her every game.

Painful

She reminds me of the hideous woman who played in the Dark Knight - aggressively ugly.  That means they are so ugly you just can't ignore them.

But what is even more annoying is this new habit of flashing to an injured player every freakin play.  How many times did we see the Titans RB in the 2nd half or LT the week before?

I think he is not quite as accurate yet as Ben was but he is much better at avoiding pressure and is just as cool under pressure.

Could be I don't know, everytime I give Ben his due he just seems to go in the tank and I see Flacco having the same tendency, but I don't see every game outside of highlights.

That other LB you are referring to is Bart Scott.  I've loved that guy for a couple of years now.  He's a stud.  And is a FA this year.  I'd kill for the Vikings to get him.
