I'm NOT trying to have anything both ways, there is one game that I really struggled with, and I think after mulling it over, I think it's better to go with the home team. I think INDY is a better pick to win at home over Seattle.

I think it's o.k. to change your mind before gametime. IF I were in Vegas, I would probably wait until about 11 am to turn in my teasers.

So my teasers, after I change Sea to INDY, my OFFICIAL teasers become:

1) ATL pick, ST. LOUIS + 2 1/2, INDY +13, Balt + 13 1/2, New England +11, New Orleans +10, GB +3, SF + 5 1/2, NY GIANTS +6, Den/Dal O 44, NY Jets/Atl U 54, Bal/Mia O 31 1/2, NE/CINCY O 35, Car/Ari O 32

2) ATL pick, Phil + 14, Car +8, INDY +13, Kansas City +7 1/2, Balt +13 1/2, New England +11, New Orleans +10, San Diego +7, DAL + 13 1/2, Det +17, Sea/Indy O 33 1/2, NO/Chi O 37, Hou/SF U 52 1/2

--------------------------------

Brad, my lock is staying the same Sea/Indy OVER 43 1/2

Wow 4 weeks ago when the Shiano Freeman stuff started to come out, I suggested Freeman would be worth a looksy

As of today according to Jay Glazer it comes down to Minnesota and Oakland.

My gut tells me Freeman is going to select Oakland, as this is the best chance for him to start right away.

I would tell Freeman there are no guarantees this year, come in and learn the system.

If anything happens to Cassel he's next man up.

Next year, he gets a chance to prove himself and battle it out with our #1 pick to win the job.

I remember the last time we signed an ultra talented player who just didn't see eye to eye with his coach.

Cris Carter worked out pretty darn well.

Got my lock Brad, 62 points scored with Seattle/Indy, needed to go over 43 1/2. Good luck on your lock on Monday night.

Ricky, you're right. Call all those games right, and you would be good. I wish you had put YOUR picks down on them. I also wish someone had took you up on the bet, and bet on me against Brad.

Upset of the week: DALLAS over Denver
----------------------------------
I can't imagine marty hitting a 1.5 team teaser. Dude's wack.

Close enough T.O.E., Dallas covered the spread. In your face ..... or better yet - Up yours !

I didn't do so well. We have group of 10 that make picks every week with confidence points. I've won 2 weeks but am behind by about 15 in total points.

I picked

Chi 1
NE 6
Mia 5
NY 4
AZ 3

NE/Cincy was about the only game that REALLY surprised me (so far, 2 games to go). I went against NE last week, but went WITH them this week, should have went against them again.

Ricky, I almost picked NO over Chicago as my lock of the week, they were my #1 choice, but I thought the over on Sea/Indy was a better bet. New Orleans lost last time they were at Chicago, but they have a lift from getting their HC back, and are playing well this year. I should have figured the Giants don't have any heart and are about done this year.

All right, one pro game it is.

I'll take Atlanta -10 at home versus the Jets.

Hit my college pick (UCLA -5.5), but it looks like my pro pick is going up in flames. Good thing I don't do this for a living.

Ricky, I'm sure there are plenty of bookies up late at night .

Brad, my lock of the week: Sea/Indy OVER 43 1/2.

My picks:

ATL over NY Jets
GB over Det
SF over Hou
ST. LOUIS over Jax
NY GIANTS over Philly
ARI over Car
INDY over Sea
Kansas City over TEN
Balt over MIAMI
New England over CINCY
New Orleans over CHI
San Diego over OAK

Upset of the week:

DALLAS over Denver

*Changed one game with the edit, went from Sea to INDY.

Nice, looks like you may have a 1-0 lead on me. Atlanta looks pretty sorry tonight. When is that coach going to get fired in Atlanta?

That didn't go so well. How overrated is Georgia? My God, Oregon could have scored 100 on them had they stopped trying in the middle of the third quarter.

Georgia was missing Gurly who is a huge component of their offense.

All I know is, the Tennessee team I saw against Oregon and Florida was absolutely pathetic. Gurley or not, if they are the No. 6 team in the nation they should have beaten them by 3-4 touchdowns. Wasn't Aaron Murray selected pre-season All-SEC quarterback ahead of Manziel? That is the worst talent I have seen in Tennessee in decades, yet they had 400 yards of offense against Georgia. Mariota threw for 456 yards and four touchdowns in three quarters against them as the Ducks out-gained them 687-313.

Oh, that's a good one. Washington is sneaky good this year. I'll take Oregon, but it could be a nailbiter. Playing in Washington is no picnic, especially if it is raining. That can be one loud-ass stadium.

Ducks are favored by 14.5 with an over/under of 76. I will take the under.

14.5? I have to admit I had no idea what the line was... WOW!

Washington probably should have beaten Stanford last week at Stanford, and now they are 14.5 point underdogs at home to the Ducks?

Wow is all I can say......

All right Marty, give me another shot at you this week. You got me last week.

I thought we were going the length of the season Brad. I think it's fun. I want to see you give me a better lock next week, at least one that if it doesn't hit, is within a few points of being correct .

So far, locks of the week:

Marty 1
Brad 0

Stay tuned. Maybe somebody wants to now bet Ricky (who wanted to bet on Brad), now that I have a one game lead ? That was just one game, but it was sort of a blowout. My predicted over went almost 20 points over, while Brad's team not only didn't cover a 10 point spread, but lost the game. It's not that easy to call these games, we might see the opposite result next week, I HOPE I don't get blown out like that, you never know. I wish you luck Brad, give me your best shot. I will likely post my lock of the week Saturday night.

Marty, I say we use a consistent line. Lets use this page, with Bovada lines. That way we are looking at the same lines.

If Marty used that line, I'd be happy to book ALL of his bets. 8% juice.
