I don't think Nolen's terrible or anything; he's just not that good. He doesn't really do anything all that well. He's an atrocious shooter, he's not a good penetrator, he's not all that great as a passer, and I'd rate his defense as okay, but nothing special. Ideally on a really good NCAA team he is not a starting PG. As for Tubby, I think it's okay to have a mix in today's game. Rodney Williams may well go in the draft this year, and he's just a sophomore. Tubby coached Rajon Rondo, who left after 2 years. And really, it doesn't matter if they're a one and done guy or not to me wrt this. I just think he can, and should, find a better PG, whether it's a one and done guy or a guy that is going to stay all 4 years.
