Seems out-of-whack
Half-empty buildings, weird gametimes, strange results, no clear dominants.

First ever loss in Big 10 conference play. I guess it was bound to happen sometime.

The crowd at Kohl Center seems to be more of a factor than the Mariucci crowd ever is.

I'm not sure they know what they're watching, but they're sure excited about it.

When the Wisconsin fans held up the sign "Sieve" aimed at Wilcox I figured they didn't really know what they were watching.

Bummer that the hated Badgers won last night. I hope we pummel 'em tonight.

Something's definitely changed for me.
I wasn't totally against the whole B10 thing going in, but I'm unhappy about it now.
It's hard to explain.
Yes we are playing the same hated teams, but something seems different, just can't put my finger on it.
My interest level has dropped significantly. Hopefully it'll come back when things lighten up for me.
This gopher team, while talented, seems disinterested as well.

Not pissed actually. I've wondered, at times a loud, how this team is #1 in the country. We aren't that good.

Looking good again against Michigan. It'll be a big sweep if we can hang on. We are so Jeckyl/Hyde when it comes to Olympic rinks versus NHL.

If the Gophers were the US Olympic team, how would they fare? Would they be favored against any team? Norway? Would they have any chance of pulling off an upset against a team that has multiple current NHL players?

Not IMO. Different body style. They wouldn't be strong enough. If you look at guys like Kessel, for example. The PK of early Gopher years couldn't handle the size/speed of the guys he plays against now.

The argument would be the 80 team. The difference being, the strength of the big boys has become outragous.

Big sweep last night. Even when Mich is "down" they have a good team.

Red reminds me a lot of Williard Ike (Edina). He always gets the best out of his guys. Love him or hate him, he's a great coach.

It started out less than spiffy with the Nittany Lions getting the first goal, but the world has righted itself now. Up 2-1. That second goal goes to show that you just keep pounding and pounding - don't let up the pressure. If the whistle doesn't blow keep jamming away.
