It could be worse guys.  The scroller a the bottom says "SF to interview Sexy Rexy for HC position".  At least we aren't SF fans.

I was hoping some fools would hire him

We simply plan on NOT succeeding
We don't have any problem with it
We just lay down and punt

They're playing an offense that's as sharp as a butter knife at this point

I half expected Cobb in to the pile for 3 yards on 4th down.  That's how inventive we are.

Cobb with big runs early in big games .... then disappears

I take it back.  This will become a blowout.  We can't even execute our "keep it close to lose" plan.

Figured this would happen.

First half, 4th and 4 around their 40. Punt

First half, get a first down, run out the half.

Playing not to lose. Boo.

You're in a BOWL GAME.

Who cares if you don't get the first down?

Big 10 conservative chicken-**** football.

And the all-conference punter chooses to have an incredibly crap day on top of it.

BTW, Barry Alvarez should just return to coaching Wisconsin, since he's the puppet master anyway.

3rd year in a row we've been reduced to talk at the end the game about how this bowl game helped recruiting...

My family is made up of Wisconsin and Missouri fans.

Once again - everyone in my family gets a win except for me. I'm going to have a pity party.

More athletes needed.

And coaches that aren't scared of their shadows.

College FB is won by OFFENSE.

A decent D helps, but you have to have the horses and guts to use them all-out.

Did Kill take his head set off?  There is no way that just happened with him knowing about it.  A goofy-ass trick play that has KJ Maye throwing a 4th down and goal pass?  That thing landed 5 yards OOB.

Jerry Kill now 0-6 in postseason as FBS coach -- 0-5 in bowls & last game at Northern Ill. was upset loss in MAC title game.

A terrible Gophers performance yet again in a Bowl game. Why is Jerry Kill getting paid what he does? He hasn't won a Bowl game yet. Pathetic!

How does losing Bowl games year after year, and embarrassingly so, help in the recruiting effort?

Kill has brought respectibilty back to the program.  I don't think that can be denied.  That being said, he was atrocious today in many ways.  And, when I say "he", I mean the coaches in general.    Thinks about this, all in one game:

Down by 3 with about a minute to go, 3 TO's and at your own 40(ish).  You Denny Green it in to halftime.  Giving up on your kids.

Controlling the game and let them back in with fake punt.  It was a 300 lb lineman that did that to us

They have 1 real weapon that can kill you in one play and we punt to him....3 times.   We got lucky when he housed it.  The block in the back was iffy to me.  The hold was more obvious but that gets lost in the piles sometimes.  We got lucky....

3 turn overs

Let a team go 337 on the ground in perfect weather conditions

They have a QB that is limping badly, sucks as a passer to begin with and is puking on the sidelines.  We run off coverage and rush 4.  Just idiotic

Then, we have a 4th and goal and we run a trick play where it's a double reverse WR pass.  Maye threw that thing 5 yards OOB.  It didn't even have a chance.

Just a really weird game by the coaches.
