Couldn't get the 2nd TD until the 2nd quarter, but 14-0 so far. Two TDs for Ibrahim.

I think Jerry Kill will shake hands with PJ.

They got it out of the way before the game.

The Gophers are methodically grinding up Country Jer's team.

I'm happy with 24-0 at the half.

So they ended up covering...by 1 point I think? Last I heard the spread was 37. Amazing how accurate it is sometimes.

Before the game I said I would not bet on Gophers. Yes NM State is terrible, but though PJ almost always wins non-conference, they are seldom runaways. They play down to the opponent, get a lead, then get conservative. The games are always like 26-20. If anything I may have made a small bet against the Gophers. I would have lost, by 1 point.

Some really close games; Iowa needed all world performance from their punter to be SDSU....Nebraska was in trouble at Half.

Online gambling has just become legal for where I live. I made a $1000 deposit with BetMgm and have started making some bets. Since I didn't understand their system I accidentally did a parlay of the Gophers -40.5 with the Vikings winning the North. I find it shocking that I'm betting on the Gophers giving 40.5. If I win it's $650 on my 100 parlay.

Gophers are up 28 at half and that's what I thought I would need to have a chance to win because we won't be trying to score in the 4th.

You mean the QB with the really long name? He throws a much nicer ball than Morgan.

Gophers totally dominating Colorado the first half 35-0. The only thing putting a damper on it was Autman-Bell's injury.

Coach Fleck has announced that Chris Autman-Bell has a lower leg injury and will have surgery and miss the rest of the season.

The #Gophers will seek a 7th year from NCAA and that will be up to Chris and his family if they want to seek that.

Colorado sucks.

3-0 but haven't played anyone and lost our #1 receiver.

Big Ten West is weak, our schedule is about as favorable as it could be. If not now, when?

Gotta keep guys healthy though. I have no idea why Mo played so much against the 3 weaklings.

Does Colorado play in a power five conference? I'm confused about that. Yes Colorado isn't great, but beating a real football school by 42 points is something unheard of in Gophers history. It sucks that we lost Bell. Shit happens. However, don't try to just act like that 49-7 win was nothing.

They are in the PAC 12 which is technically a Power 5 conference but that doesn't mean Colorado is any good. Colorado lost to Air Force 41-10 and TCU 38-13. Season starts Saturday.

They also have a brand new staff and lost like 20 guys to the transfer portal. we'll see if we are legit on Saturday. Morgan still makes some incredibly bad throws.

He trusts not one of the WRs...he trusted Autmann Bell and he trusts the starting TE.

PJ is good but why not throw it every down for a couple series instead of killing Mo. Very interesting how NFL teams get their clock cleaned in the first half like Miami, NYJ, and Arizona but they keep on throwing and eventually develop a rhythm.

Something the U of MN just won't do. Same thing with NDSU; had Arizona by the nuts but the QB has zero trust outside of throwing to the FB.

Ooof. I know we are dominating but it’s only 17-0. If we loose this Fleck is going to have to answer to someone for the end of that half turtle job

PJ takes a knee with a second left before the half at midfield. About the only thing that could go wrong is an INT and 100-yard+ return for a TD. The chances of that vs the chances of us catching a TD or getting a flag is not even close. Chickenball.
