Shanahan might be able to coach Jackson up. More likely he'd get impatient and have cut him by now. Jackson just needs a lot of work. He's essentially a guy that should have sat as long, or longer, than Rodgers, and then maybe he'd be a decent starter, or more likely a good backup.

Cutler is young, he's going to make mistakes, but he's progressing along at a rapid rate, and he doesn't let the mistakes take him out of his game. That's the biggest thing I saw in him early. Aside from the physical tools, that is.

Anderson completed 18 of 32 passes for 166 yards, two turnovers, and had a 44.5 quarterback rating. And both losses have been at home, where Anderson usually excels.

I belive Crennel will be the first HC fired this year.  Mark it down, Bill Cowher is waiting in the wings.  Anderson will be benched by the halfway point and Brady Quinn will take over.

Carson Palmer would accept a ticket out of Cincinnati in a heartbeat.  I would offer Cincy 2009 and 2010 first round picks.  Cincinnati is a mess, I still believe he's one of the elite QBs in football.

I disagree.  I think both of his "stud" WR's are incredibly overrated, especially Chad.

And his OL is terrible IMO. 

I'd say Carson has 3 things that I really love:

1) He throws the prettiest deep ball in the league (still) IMO.
2) He has a gun (ie not JUST deep ball).
3) He is a beast of a guy, one of the more impressive physical specimens as a QB.

I think we'd be buying low on him, which is the point.
