His facial features look Na'vian. Freaky. He went from a stick man entering college to raving maniac LBer at the NFL level..

I'm not sayin'. I'm just sayin'.

If Vick had decided to run instead of throw on that play at about the 10 yard line at the end, I think they would have won.

Like Cushing he's juicing.........guaranteed.

He is a 1 man wrecking crew!

That is what he is.

But for him, the Eagles win that game.

I hate Vick with every fabric of DNA I have.  Yet, I have to admit he was 1000 times better than Kolb out there.

I don't think it's fair to say he's juicing without a positive test.

Using Amphetamines on the other hand...

Kolb is 26 years old. He is not some snot-nosed rookie.

He was completely overmatched. This was not his first start either.

noodle arm

His out patterns are so slow the DBs jump too soon on them!

Oh, and teams will dust off the Vick defenses also an slow him down. The problem with that is that if you don't have a Polamalu or Clay to shadow him he can outrun the spy you put on him.

Clay isn't faster than Vick but he is very decisive which helps big time

I think Jackson is a better WR than any Vick had in Atnalta, and McCoy is a better back than Dunn, he's stronger.

Had the Vikes signed Vick last year, they probably wouldn't have had the season they had last year, but they might have had a monster season THIS year.

I was all for getting Vick because I thought he was the best out there. He can be awfully hard to gameplan for if you're a defensive co-ordinator.

Vick can also get hurt while he does all that running, but players are usually more likely to get hurt when they're are just standing there and others are coming at them full speed (especially if those others are big DL). When running, Vick usually passes the big guys and players aren't usually getting straight on hard hits on him, usually it's from the side. But lower leg injuries could be a concern.

I think Vick can take a team all they way, but he may ALWAYS be a guy that comes up short because the tougher defenses in the playoffs can take away enough things to where his weakness on the intermediate passes gets exposed. He is GREAT at elusiveness, short passes and deep passes, but doesn't read the intermediate well enough, or quick enough.

Also going against Vick is the fact that refs probably don't like him, and his teams' offense is likely to be the victim of calls against, and more contact (without flags) will probably be allowed with the opposing teams' defense. I think an Andy Ried team is also likely to find a way to come up short in the playoffs, or SB.

LOL the masking drugs these days are awfully good. There have been plenty of athletes who have "passed" tests only to get caught later on the down the road. Watching his manerisms and demeanor on the sidelines.....he's definitey juicing.

It is tough to speculate without knowing. It is possible, IMO, that Bolt is juicin'. Nobody that large can run that fast.

Or then again, maybe our cynicism is ruining a great sports moment.

Same thing about Clay. He could just be the most natural freak at LB since the real LT

LT wasn't all that natural if you recall.  He was hopped up on cocaine most of the time.

I'm not going to claim Clay is juiced...but to say he's completely clean is a stretche.  Amphetamines, Cocaine, all can make you more energetic.  It doesn't have to be Roids.

But we should assume he's on nothing until proven otherwise.  That being said, doesn't mean we can't suspect.

Couldn't people make the same claim about Jerad Allen?

Is it responsible to speculate without any evidence?

No, it isn't responsible...but it sure can be fun.

Allen is overrated by the way.

I wouldn't give any of these guys the benefit of doubt.

Probably all on something at one time or another. Doesn't bother me though.

But unless I knew a guy personally I wouldn't be so quick to act indignant if someone questioned them.

Exactly.  Doesn't bother me at all either but none of these guys got that big, strong and fast at such a young age naturally.

Agreed.  I would say at least 95% of non kickers in the NFL are or have been on something under the table at some point.

The Cushing excuse was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Like Merriman, we'll see how good Cushing is off the juice. I'm sure Cushing and Mathews shared a lot of workout tips with each other.

I see that Ryan Grant is out for the season, and they've already listed Brandon Jackson number 1 in the depth chart, so that would confirm it.

That's pretty huge, although given some more reps Jackson can probably handle the load fairly well. I don't know, however, how Jackson is at things like picking up a blitz.

Yeah, Grant's out for the season.  Crap.

I'm in the minority of Packer nation that think Jackson can do well as our starting RB.  He was already the 3rd down back and is excellent at blocking and picking up blitzes.

Where the concern lies in that he's seen as being too tentative and doesn't have the explosiveness that Grant does.  But unlike Grant, Jackson can break tackles and doesn't get tackled by the chalk lines on the field as Grant seemed to do at times.

There will certainly be more FB runs by Kuhn and one may very well see him lined up at RB as well.

This certainly is a blow to the Packers offense, how big of one though remains to be seen.
