Man, if I was a Gopher fan I'd be totally deflated.

I'm an Iowa alum wondering when the bubble will burst. #5? Come on, man!

Why wouldn't Jackson State (11-1) be in the FCS Playoff?

The committee just couldn't get out of their own way and put Alabama in the CFP. Everyone saw it coming after last night but what an absolute sham.

Every Florida State player who is going pro after this year won't play in their Bowl game. Why would they?

What a joke to keep them out of it.

W/O their starting QB they wouldn't be competitive is what the narrative is.
Committe should have put them is though. Their love for the SEC is blindiing.

It's BS about the QB thing. I realize that's what they're pushing but they highlighted all year that an unbeaten Power 5 champ was/is a lock. Until it wasn't.....

I laugh at the 'this won't happen again because next year we go to six teams' crap. Yeah, until undefeated #7 and #8 are left out as well as a host of other scenarios.

One day there will be a 24 team playoff with #25 a wild card. And they'll still complain about poor #26 being left out.

Even if FLA ST. got whooped. There have been plenty of blow outs in semi final games. And Championship games.

In the era of Name Image and Likeness (NIL), bowl games have become unwatchable. The kids at high-profile schools have already had a taste of big money, and they aren't going to jeopardize their future on a money grab for the school.

Shedeur Sanders's NIL value currently sits at $4.8-million.
Arch Manning doesn't even start at Texas and his is worth $2.8-million.

Society is so broken.

Millions are thrown at athletes who don't even play and yet how many brilliant young minds struggle to pay for college that could actually make the world a better place?

IF I were the GM of the Bears, having the 1st and 6 or 7th pick, I would take Harrison at 1, and then grab a QB with the 6th or 7th pick.

What would you do ? Trade Fields? Trade the #1 pick ? Pick Williams with the #1 pick, or draft a different QB with it ?

Georgia 63, Fla St 3... only question left in the last few minutes is if Geo scores 70.

Not a fan specifically, but I like when they unmask the frauds.

Georgia still might have whooped them but Florida State had like 27 guys out with opt outs and injuries.

Yeah I tuned in when it was 49-3 or something so missed discussion about the impact of those missing players. Not much of a CFB fan so didn't bother to even read about it.

Fan enough however to believe both Georgia and Alabama should have been in the playoffs.

The top conference in college football this season was the Pac 12. The top four programs are all going to the Big Ten.

SEC still better.

Washington and Oregon obviously very good. But Alabama, Georgia, Miss. State could beat them at a neutral site.
