You have to remember the reading level of the average Packer fan. You can see where words like "predictable" and "unimaginative" and phrases like "what the f*** was he thinking with that call" can be misconstrued as "cutting edge" and "great offensive mind".

God No. I rarely read any Packer forums either. As crazy as can get in here some times it's just not worth it.

BTW - If you guys couldn't figure it out, it was just a way to get a dig at Viking fans. I had no idea if anyone liked Turner or not.

Status: offline 		I hate to say it, but Norv resigning doesn't fix this pathetic O-Line, which may well be the worst in Vikings history. When Kalil went down I said that it didn't matter because the LT play couldn't get any worse. Boy was I wrong.

The things this club has been thru keep piling up
An absolute disaster waiting to happen, normally.
We shall see how it plays out
First place club changes their co-HC basically, after several other season-changing events have already molded things.

He did not see this coming. ( no pun intended)
Norv simply doesn't want to deal with the anger about his performance anymore, too old to fight it
Pretty sure Shurmurs been overstepping with the input, probably moving this along

Most experts saying this will mean a switch to more
Quick passes
Screen use
TE use

Been begging for all of that. Will be great if it results in it.

Just read an analysis of this, and also talked about Shurmur/Bradford relationship and how the setups should be for more West Coasts tuff.

Sorry, Norv, this line ain't the Dallas O-line.
More like the MN No-Line

Within reason. Right now the quality of the blocking is so completely putrid, I don't know how much you can scheme to minimize it.

Zimmer said later Wednesday that he was "very, very surprised" by the resignation, and called Turner, 64, a "very good friend of mine."

Kick Ass!



On a side note, I met his daughter about 25 years ago in the student section at an Oregon game.
She was nice, pretty, and she knew football.
