Taysom? is certainly everyone's WONDER BOY at this point.
Will probably result in a huge contract, then years of "what happened to that guy?"

Joe Charbonneau
Payton Hillis (cover of Madden)
Too many others to recount.
People will start to (and already should have...) gameplan for that jackwagon.
Come up and stick him before he gets rambling.
Life will soon go from fun to hard for that dude.

Can’t wait for his big play where he throws a pick or pick six
Fumbles

Hasn’t cost them

Happens to everyone that’s in the NFL long enough

RE the fake punt. I think they were ready for it to an extent. I mentioned on the Vikings thread that I'm pretty sure the D was out there and they substituted after the penalty. I don't have proof though. I just remember it that way.

He can throw it deep and run fast....just wait until he gets plucked a few times a game. Cam is as tough as they come and it happened to him.

Hill should want to stay a TE....he may last longer in the game.

The Def stopped them short of the first down but there was illegal motion on the Saints....

I'm pretty sure they would have been given the first if not for the penalty (looked like he got it to me). I was just saying that I remember seeing 99, 97 ect....as the play developed. I think he had the D out in anticipation for a fake. That being said, I'm going by memory.

They converted the 4th and 3. The penalty nullified it.

Hunter plays about 10 ST snaps per game. Griff 4 or 5.

So I'd guess Hunter, at least, is out there regularly on punts and FG/PAT attempts.

When I watched it, they looked a yard short.

It could have been that. I could swear that they did a wholesale change after the penalty but who knows.

I will close with this (on my side at least). If they didn't have the D out there they are damn fools. Everybody on the planet could smell a fake at that point in the game.

Nope
Given the opponents stature and pretty strong efforts

Only thing that would have compared would have been the Vikings stomping the packers after the Penn State win

If that had occurred

From a multiple team perspective, no. Those 4 Sundays when we won the chance to play in the Super Bowl were pretty freaken awesome though.

Of those which was your favorite

I remember three

Beating the Rams on a blocked fg and clutch running by Foreman was my favorite

I'm still partial to the 1969 NFL championship game. We beat Cleveland 27-7 in the freezing cold. It was the last time I ever remember feeling like the Vikings were an unbeatable juggernaut.

How did Cleveland end up on the AFC side? I had no idea we ever beat Cleveland to advance to the Super Bowl.

After that season the AFL and NFL merged into the NFL with AFC and NFC conferences. The Browns and the Baltimore Colts went to the AFC to balance out the conferences.

Is that where MLB got the idea to move the Brewers to the NL?

Probably cemented my love for purple forever
Kapp was a hoot
We were gathered around the old TV in my Grandparents house
Everyone went nuts at the final gun.
We didn't even get what the Super Bowl meant, we figured we were already world champs.
Then that asshole Hank Stram entered our lives.
