After their 63-99 record in 2011, Ron Gardenhire emphatically stated that a record such as that is not how they do things around here and he declared that they would right the ship.

At the end of 2010, Gardy had an 803 - 656 won loss record.

As of today, the record is 1059 - 1029.....only 30 games above 500.

Yesterday, we saw another game where the pen is completely burned out. Who go them to this point?

Never in the past 4 years has the Twins team from the FO on down ever stated they were in a rebuilding mode. Guess what, if you are in a rebuilding mode, you let your starting pitcher, especially a younger one, learn from mistakes.....let them try to work out of trouble.

But if you actually are delusional and believe you can win,, you burn out your pen by over managing.


The Vikings seem to be a breath of fresh air, something necessary to hide the stench from Target Field.....and the critics of TF thought it would be the odor from the incinerator that would be the foul odor. Turns out its the product on the field.

But notice the difference changing the head man can make?

Anyone at TField address should be taking notice. This team is about to fall to #4 in the prosports of the Cities.

They only have their shiny ballpark to show off, and that's what draws 'em in the summer.


They've got a lot of falling to do to pass the Puppies.

Interesting experiment though...the Vikings thread always have some schmuck wanting to trade our best players...Peterson, etc while still in their prime...Well, puppies just traded their best player...let's see how they do...

What did you THINK happened inside the elevator?
We knew this from Day One. Talk about blinders.
The only punishment for these guys is money and participation.
We knew from day one that he KNOCKED HER OUT.
Shouldn't be playing. Shouldn't be paid. 5 years minimum. Never again would have been fair, as well.
A year for smoking a joint, two games for damn near killing a female. Wow.
