At 27.2 yards, who holds the all-time NFL record for average distance of his touchdown runs?

Let's hear your thoughts. Think this out loud.

Is not baseball, therefore is not relevant.

Which is surprising because he was an All-American Running Back at Oregon in 1971.

Are you sure he didn't have one TD run covering 27.2 yds?

Oh,
Robert Smith is also the answer to this question.

Who is the biggest Dick of all the College Football Talking Heads?

Although, the judges will also accept David Pollack.

And

Who was the running back who stepped out of bounds in the MN/ATL NFC Championship Game when he needed to run the clock?

Try this quiz:

https://www.sporcle.com/games/tk925/1990sleadoffal

AL Leadoff hitters of the 90s. The only team I aced was the Twins. Very close to sweeping a few other teams. I'd argue it's damn near impossible to sweep a team that's not your favorite team. Many guys I haven't thought about for years show up on this list.

I got 56%. Average is 34%, so I think I did pretty well.

53 out of 140 barely above average. Couldn't get the last 2 for the Twins.

Baseball card collecting and baseball video games definitely helped me with this quiz.

I took the same quiz for the NL:

https://www.sporcle.com/games/tk925/1990sleadoffnl

I got 49%. Average score is only 29%.

You got that right.

Over the years I blame Smith for that crap as much as Gary Anderson. Smith wasn't a team first guy, I can't blame him for not wanting to take the punishment but it cost an entire franchise a trip to the Super Bowl.

It was one play that possibly could have gone better for the Vikings. Nothing more/Nothing less. How many plays were there in that game? Virtually any one of them was as impactful on us losing as that play.

Robert Smith ran harder and tougher in that game than possibly any other game he ever played. Going out of bounds wasn't nearly as significant as some like to think it was.

Smith pounded out tough (too conservative play calling) yards between the tackles. He out performed Jamal Anderson, who led the league in attempts that season. Anderson was built like a fire hydrant, yet it was Smith who gutted out the tough yards. And per usual, didn't put the ball on the carpet.

There is a long list of blame before I get to Smith in that game.
Green, Anderson, Cunningham, Griffith certainly made bigger blunders.

What really pissed me off about Anderson, he threw Berger under the bus, complaining about a bad hold.

On September 8, 1979, in a game against the Baltimore Orioles, who was the last major league hitter allowed to make a plate appearance without wearing a helmet?
