I don't understand why so many ML teams struggle to find at least a couple BP pitchers who are reliable in getting three or four outs at three times in four chances? There are plenty of hard throwers at the minor league level but I guess both control of the fastball and having a second and third quality pitch that can fool ML batters is the issue.

No it isn't. You're very short sighted. What happens when this team makes the playoffs and is trying to win a series against a team that has hitting, starting pitching AND a bullpen? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? Any answers for that, genius?

I want a WS title before I die. This team is a few key additions away from that type of team.

There have already been a few games this year that our bullpen absolutely blew.

Think about what our record would be with a good bullpen.

Blankenhorn had 1 of 2 hits

FTm won twice, won the first half of their division's season

Jeffers had 2 HRs(8) drove in 4, Larnach was 3-3/scored twice.
De la Trinidad had 3 hits, Lewis 2 with R/RBI in second game win

CR won 4-1, Snyder hit 2 hrs(5), Akins hit #7. Both started the year in extended spring training.
