Uugh. Starts tonight.

Comcast statement: “We have been very flexible with Diamond Sports Group for months as they work through their bankruptcy proceedings, providing them with an extension on the Bally Sports Regional Networks last fall and a unilateral right to extend the term for another year, which they opted to not exercise.  We’d like to continue carrying their networks, but they have declined multiple offers and now we no longer have the rights to this programming.  We will proactively credit our customers for the costs associated with them – most will automatically receive $8 to 10 per month in credits.”

Matt what are your thoughts on having cable again?

Arizona developed their own streaming at a loss of TV revenue compared to last year and is spending more on the product than last year.

Good job Pohlads in helping a bad offseason get worse.

What's next? Ask for contraction?

Ask for a new stadium??

Team won. 9 in a row. Owners are losers

And this win streak insulates them in belief they don't need upgrades.

Did you read their statement...apparently not their problem even though they created the problem.

Matt any thoughts about watching the Twins on Cable?

If they are giving an $8-10 rebate they had to offer that much at least for it; they probably want the $20/month per subscriber they get from their App....Great plan!!!

Uzzu.com - by the week, month or year (approx $120)
Get all NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, ESPN, Foxs, and much more
- the stream is about a pitch behind gamecast

I got on Fubo. Bally is on there. I like it so far.

One word of caution though. They have all the standard channels you can think of and more, but with one big exception. No TNT. Which I found out after I signed up with them. I guess it’s been an ongoing problem between TNT and Fubo for years. Bally only carried Wolves through the first round of playoffs, and now they’re done. So I’ll be scrambling for playoff games on TNT.

Is Spectrum/Charter the same as Comcast?

I do. Yeah I haven’t checked out who carries which playoff games. I know some are ESPN, TNT and ABC. But are they all on MAX too?

I got the White Sox broadcast team for most of this series. I will never complain about Twins broadcasters again.

I'm fine with Provus. I was never a fan of Bremer. Nice guy, but not my favorite broadcaster.

But the negative with Provus moving to TV is they put Chris Atterberry in the full time radio slot. He's the worst. Maybe they should have just swapped Bremer over to radio. It may actually be a better venue for him.

Yeah. That's what I'm saying. We all lose out. Provus is going out to pasture on TV, which nobody can watch. It's sad, really.

Atteberry has actually stepped up his game so far this season. I think the constant Gladden ribbing is finally bringing out some much needed personality from Radio Shakespeare.

Used to love the old White Sox crew with Ken Harrelson. That was one of the greats.
