Given that we as a society don't give a shitt about drunk driving except for a day or two after an innocent gets killed, he can likely plead that down because of his relatively low BAC and in Trump country, guns shmuns, he should get a good offer. If he goes to trial and they don't put the screws to him, that would mean that the rich, powerful, and famous have a different justice system. Oh, wait............
