He did look good last year....just use him as a situational Pass Rusher and move Odin inside on Passing Downs....works for me. We are well past the inspiring part. We are just trying to add as good value as possible to support our current roster (and add competition for draft picks.) I still think we have a trade up our sleeve not involving Harris. I agree with beo – Leary (knocks Elflein off the roster), Randall (competes with rookie for Harris's spot if he gets traded) and a part-timer Matthews (replaces Weatherly) would do fine for now. Leary simply cannot stay healthy but is starter quality (at both R and LG). He would be a very solid back-up swing player.

Barr has never come near that, and maybe has never had a chance... but Clay can get after the QB. they played different positions in different defenses - it's wrong to compare them...we'd use matthews in hybrid and blitz formations.... there is positively no way we sign matthews - he's a luxury that we absolutely cannot afford.... . . . . . .
