I've watched a ton of A&M games and was really underwhelmed by Mond early on. He's picked it up over the last season and a half, though and his accuracy has gotten considerably better. He had a bad habit of being a little too geeked up and overthrowing receivers w/ that cannon. Jimbo Fisher did some good work w/ him towards the end.
I really like where we got him. He's a bit of a late bloomer who could stand to sit a season (or two), but has all the skills to be a starter. We'll see. I'm optimistic.

Thanks for the report. Encouraging.

Surratt was #3 BPA available for McShay. Really surprised we didnt take DE Perkins.

Surratt (6'2 229) is undersized with excellent instincts and sideline-to-sideline range. He moved from quarterback to linebacker in 2019 and his tackling improved significantly in 2020. He breaks on the ball well, has above-average upside when it comes to matching up in man coverage and flashes as a pass-rusher. -- Steve Muench

Mark Anderson are you here? To get points for the three positions part of the challenge do you have to get all three parts or is there anything for 2 out 3. That's not bad you know.

Any one notice the lack of running backs drafted in today’s NFL?

Tells you all you need to know about the change in offense that every team coach sees except Zimmer...
