ORIGINAL: Ricky J I'm pretty sure in my lifetime I've never witnessed an otherwise great guy being hated as much as Cousins. Pretty incredible when you think about it I don't HATE Cousins. But I don't like him as an option to lead us to the most elusive promised land I have been searching my whole lifetime...a Superbowl Championship. He piles up the stats. But in crunch time, when the great's games elevate, his stays stagnant. When we need the great leader, he's absent. in big games he tends to disappear or play exceptionally average. But we are stuck with him. Nobody is taking that job from him. at least not this year, and probably not next year either. So I will hope for the best, but in the years he's been here, I've never seen a QB that can lead us to where we all want to go. So Cousins the person, not really a problem with him. I'm sure he's a swell guy....but as a QB, He lacks that hard to define "it" factor. We pay the big money for someone to take us to promised land. He's going to be a target. He joins a list of guys who have disappointed. Culpepper, Herschel Walker, Tarkenton(to a certain extent)
