Great! We gave a division rival a game breaker.

We better have gotten a haul to drop this far

If you can believe the report we didn't. We moved down 20 picks in the first round to move up 12 picks in the second round. You can't make this up. It's one of the worst value trades I've ever seen. Or are we keeping our second rounder. Not what I heard at first.

That could really come back to haunt us. Now we play against Williams twice a year.

Really? Cause the analytics tell me that you just made that up.

The Rich Hill draft chart has gotten some pub. #12 = 347. The return = 435.

A win on points, but facing Jameson twice a year, as posted today = Ugh.

Points may work out... but i don't like it... if you had GAINED both 2 & 3... ok.... instead trade to let lions get a difference maker in the division... don't like it.

Now granted... they'll ruin him... but still

Of all the option at ****ing 12.. they picked a drop to the bottom of the round?

Are they going to try to move back up, or di we just pass on all first round talent to farm picks?

Another chart, #12 = 1200 with the return at 1430.

Edit - we gave up 440 more which would be 1640 if we gave up the 2nd.

Something doesn't sound right.

Oh, I didn't see that.

475 vs 435 = a loss if we did give up a 2nd.

The Vikings have made a rare inter-divisional trade with the Detroit Lions. The deal sees the Vikings sending the 12th pick in the first round, along with the 46th pick overall (second-round pick) to Detroit in exchange for the 32nd pick (final pick in the first round), the 34th pick (second round), and the 66th pick (third round).

It was.

As part of the deal, Detroit gets to keep their 2023 1st round pick.

Bill that's the only way this makes sense, but it's being reported that it's just 12-46 for 32-34-66. Hamilton or Davis or the WR that Detroit took could have been ours.
