Hopefully it is vet minimum and not guaranteed.

I can't believe we won't draft some QB. And not a late rounder.

If Mond can't beat him out for the #2 spot again, we'll have our answer on Kellen.

Yeap. Offensive coaching staff so no blockers on his talent. If he can't make it, you said it. We have our answer.

The Vikings’ new pass rush duo of Danielle Hunter and Za’Darius Smith is already working together, as Minnesota converted Hunter’s $18M roster bonus into a signing bonus, creating $13.5M in 2022 cap space that helps fit Smith into the picture, per source.

we can still restructure kendricks and get $4mm, and waive ham for another $2mm...then that's it - no more places to go for cap relief....

we might as well max it out and sign tretter and a CB....

I don't think Thielen's numbers have come in yet....plus there is still Dalvin Cook.

They were talking that 30 million cap could be reached/attainable fairly easily. Kirk put us to zero, Hunter was 13.5, Smith was 4-5, Thielen could get us 4-5, and I think Kendricks and Cook could put us at just over 30.

I think they haven't counted the Thielen money restructure yet. So it may still be possible and Smith's numbers aren't in yet---might be room.

i don't think that the team has released the structure of the deals yet - new signings or restructures...spotrac doesn't have the thielen or hunter cap space, nor the smith, mannion, mundt deals....

they'll probably wait until we sign tretter and peterson before reconciling the cap space ledger....

Mannion:
Sean Mannion penned down a one-year, $990,000 contract with the Minnesota Vikings, including an average annual salary of $990,000 (basically the Vet Min)

Mundt:
According to the Pioneer Press' Chris Tomasson, it's a two-year, $2.45 million deal for Mundt. (Just over Vet Min)

These 2 prob won't affect the Top 51 cap at all.
