Ricky, the Jets game is also a home game.

You're right!

Sorry, all!

I know they have a stat for everything but this one is pretty cool. Especially cool doing it this year!

Most TD Passes,
in 4th Quarter/OT,
Score Margin within 8 Points,
Since 2020:

1. Kirk Cousins (17)
2. Tom Brady (16)
3. Patrick Mahomes (14)
t4. Derek Carr (12)
t4. Ben Roethlisberger (12)

Cousins delivering late in close games is absolutely nothing new.

#Vikings snaps

•Hockenson left the field for only six plays (just three after opening drive)
•Season-high DL snaps for Bullard (55%), Lynch (38%) and Tonga (33%) with Tomlinson out.
•Five have played every down in 2022: Peterson, Bynum, O'Neill, Cleveland, Ingram

One game at a time. HOW we play vs Buffalo will tell a lot. If Allen can replicate what Hurts did, then it will show nothing has really changed. Will the OL step up against their deep and good DL?

Two things I'm hoping to see next week Bill.First, our defense has really started to assert itself these last few weeks, it appears that they are all getting on the same page and playing much better than they did in that Eagles game. The other thing I'm hoping is in the game plan is pounding the rock against the Bills. If the defense can keep the lid on this game, we can control the ball and run on a team that has a glaring weakness in stopping the run. I believe this will be another close game and won by ether team at the buzzer.

Superbowl preview next week?

Bills / Vikes

would be a great Superbowl matchup for two 0-4 never won an SB teams!

Bills are very overrated. Lost to the Jets.

Jets are playing very well. I will be at that game and expect a very tough matchup.

It took Hockenson exactly 1 game to surpass Irv's best game as a Viking.

This bodes well.

True professional. He's the real deal.

Matt do you think the Vikings have a better chance than the Twins in winning a championship in 22? Just asking for a friend....

at Buffalo (6-2)
vs Dallas (6-2)
vs New England (5-4)
at New York (6-3)

We're 7-1. Those teams are all bums.

Then we've only beaten worse than bums and it could be a really challenge against bums.

Ingram looks like he's not ready to be a starter. The way he is getting abused on a play by play basis can't be good for his development.

I think he will eventually improve. Unlike stiffs like Dozier and Samia, he is athletic and can get stronger.

I think they should flip the guards. It puts Ingram at LG, where he played in college.

Cleveland played LT in college, so playing RG and having Bradbury to his left will feel similar.

Weather for Buffalo on Sunday, clouds with snow showers, high 40 degrees. This one should be fun. I expect us to have a good game. Keep it close till the 4th, then crush their fu%cing skulls. YMMV

I think it is something simpler than that.....Washington has a very good dline. I wouldn't make that change yet.

I don't think you can make that change until the offseason.

With rookies there are always some growing pains. Some get better faster...others need to grow and learn. We will know by the end of this season if Ingram has a chance to be good. Right now it doesn't look positive, but in time he might turn out to be solid.

#Vikings Week 9 OL grades (overall/run block/pass block/pressures allowed)

Might be able to keep this rolling if Allen is out. I'd like to believe we were going to bring our A game anyway but I like our chances against Case.

Now if Hurts can somehow go away...

I care nothing for moral victories against the best competition. Not after this many decades with no ring.

Call us the worst SB champions and I'll only hear we're champions.
