Draft a guy every year. Doesn’t have to be Caleb. 11 teams passed on Mahomes.

Favorite part of todays game was he story of when Robert Smith scored a TD and he didn’t have a guard in and Dixon welcomed and knocked some teeth out.

Beating the Bears and knocking out Justin Fields may have been a double whammy making it less likely the Vikings get Caleb Williams.

Injuring Fields makes it less likely he will show enough in the next few months for the Bears to not want to draft a QB, unless the Fields injury is minor.

It’s pretty obvious that our albatross is Cousins..

Hunter was good, Flores Defense is better, Cine seems to be a wasted pick, but we have some defensive players that are up and coming at least,
The line blocking has improved a bit from abysmal, cousins has time but prefers the stat padding Checkdown…

Mattison is not a “ bell cow” running back..

Offense was 2/13 on third down..

KOC and KFC need to call plays better, although at this point KFC is just a deaf dumb repeater of word salad in the huddle who needs beats headphones built into his helmet..

hands over his ear holes for a play call with one snap left in the game..

JFC.. WHAT an idiot…

This “ win” hurt us.
Yes it did..

The saying goes.. “ you take the good with the bad, sometimes you just have to suck it up.”

I’d prefer Cousins pads his stats all he wants.. and we lose..

Yea I said it.. I said the same thing long before some of you were born, with Les Steckle, and more recently, with Butt Favrey wearing our sacred purple…

He is no leader, no “ student of the game”, obviously not a “ professor” of football knowledge and awareness ..

Pad your stats, take your 2 million per game and GTFOOH, ASAP.

Ya loser..

Caleb Williams is not the only QB in this coming draft..

KAM AND KOC need to find a teachable, Mobil, intelligent college QB, and run him up..

Couneeds you go.

Why? Cause we're not going to get the first QB in the draft? Maybe the second one drafted or the seventh one will win multiple SBs. Who's to know?

Losing so you can gain a few spots in the draft is soooo weak!

Id rather go through life - and I probably will - never winning the SB

You and I have zero control over what the Minnesota Viking Football Franchise does or does not do.

You are a glass half full kinda guy, I’m a bipolar2 FTS glass is half full a shit, kinda guy..

I don’t care about the top pick in the draft, because KAM and KOC have not impressed me in a draft, ever, yet.

I just want cousins gone and will take whatever lumps the team takes as far as wins and losses to be rid of him and start over..

Competitive rebuild, my ass…

I think it’s hilarious that a nobody QB and nobody RB’s on a shitty team with a shitty Defense with nothing to play for were right there poised to steal that game. It would have been so fitting to lose that game. A loss today and a crushing next week would have sent our trajectory right to the top of the draft, but with that 7th playoff spot it keeps us close enough to keep scrapping out games.

We’ve been there and done that in the playoffs with a team that doesn’t go anywhere. When have we been picking 1 or 2? That was more enticing to me than what this looks to be.

Jets beat the Eagles
AZ beats Dallas
Browns beat the '9ers
Chiefs barely beat anyone
Lots of crazy scores this year

Not too surprising the Bears keep it close

I've been a glass half full fan, drinking the Kool-Aid for most of my life...

But I'm in my 60's now, the runway is getting shorter and so is my patience.

If I were owner I would

Fire Kwesi and KOC - Kwesi and KOC have trouble evaluating talent: Look at Kwesi's draft and FA's. KOC can't seem to figure out that Addison is our 2nd best receiver and Ackers is is our best RB with uncreative play-calling.

Trade Kirk and any valuable players not named Jefferson, Darrisaw and O'Neal for 2024 assets for a true "competitive rebuild".

I don't know what to gather playing in the Chicago muck but we should have won by multiple TDs. 1 first down in the 2nd half tells me sell but I see us trying to get back to .500 and if we aren't by the trading deadline then we sell pieces. I would sell on Hicks, KJ, and Hunter now. It looked like Cleveland got hurt and he may have been the best trading piece.

Shades of 2022 where we played against backups, which heralded in the much ballyhooed era of 13-4 dominance.

And we will be without JJ, Marcus Davenport, Ezra Cleveland.

Everyone has injuries. Some coaches and teams overcome that better. I don't hold out much hope that we do.

Maybe when we get to the SB this year most of the opp key players will be hurt as well. This could be our year, yet!

- not sure why people have to keep throwing out the 13-4 like anybody who mentioned it in a positive manner prior is some kind of stupid idiot. it was a great year that ended in a one-and-done .... whatever

Not sure why people have to criticize those who have a different take on 13-4 like anybody who mentioned it in a negative manner is some kind of stupid idiot. It was a mirage year that ended in a predictable one-and-done, with 'He Threw Short of the Sticks' Cousins driving in the final nail.

Whether it is the field or the game; each Chicago game ends up like Sundays. Winning in Chicago is never easy.
