Looks like we are gifted another game without McCaffery...still gonna be a tough game

Of course I thought the same last year and it was a great game

looking forward to this one

last year, they had mccaffery - he scored on a longish pass and run...but they didn't have deebo....

last year, the 49ers reeled off 5 wins then dropped losses to the browns, us, the bengals … went into their bye then came of that rolling again.

we lost some games, then after the kc loss, reeled off 5 wins (incl the 49ers) before our qb situation derailed us.

ie, we caught them at a good time / they caught us at a bad time (for them).

we both looked good last week. should be a good measuring stick.

Yeah, the 49ers slump would have fit perfectly into our lucky, err incredible, 2022 season.

I liked your earlier thoughts Jeff, make a guy like Rodgers pay for trying to get away with the "free play".

Justin Jefferson has a quad contusion, Kevin O'Connell said. "It's pretty sore but he's already up and moving around." O'Connell said Jefferson "hopefully" will be day-to-day.

I was holding my breath during replay that his knee didn't get rolled up on.

Refs helped Rodgers out on most of those. OLine would move before snap also and they would never blow it dead like they should have.

Who on here would have thrilled knowing the worst we could do coming out of the blocks is 2-2 with our schedule? We would have been doing cartwheels in August with that prospect.

I would have been, but now I want to get greedy go 3-1 or dare I say 4-0!

This game is so weird. We bring in Grenard, VG and use a first round pick on an edge rusher to replace Hunter and it turns out to be Jones

Me too. That's why I said "worst". I'm guessing we actually do go 4-0 if we can get some guys healthy. They must be jacked. We were a rare Jones fumble away from another comfy win.

A lot of people wanted Nix but he seems like what I thought he'd be. A check down Charlie.

I'm stuck watching Denver and it always seems like 5 yarders

Bo Nix’s 2024 stats are: 33/53, 177 passing yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs

To be fair, he only played 5 years of college, so no one should expect him to be ready for a few years…

Who had the speed burst to throw a partial block for Jefferson? On thecTD

Not sure if it made a difference but it wasn’t out of the realm of possibilities Jets gets tackled at the 1.

KOC has carved out som well designed plays. And after the 1st QTR thought he was getting the plays in in a passable time frame.

I think he could mature still into a dangerous coach. I just want less immature now.

Nailor...

Jets tackled on the 1.
Fumble.
Niners ball.
The Viking way.

Was screaming at the TV to get in.... so relieved.

Take the talent and add the locker room vibe and that’s going to make us a playoff team this year.

I like that everyone got a game ball.
