Also in 2023 Toronto and MN faced each other in the playoffs. The difference two years later of committed versus non committed owners and the difference in attendance. It isn’t the food.

How is it possible Buxton has only played 11 games in Toronto in his career?

Do we really have to explain it to you?

The man has missed a LOT of time due to injuries in his career. It's not hard to fathom that since we generally only play one series there each year that he's missed that series due to injury many a times...

It is really that hard to figure out?

He's averaging one game per season. That seems low.

It's not about averages.

You can't math this one.

It's simple. The reason Buxton hasn't played many games in Toronto is he's been hurt and on the IL a lot when the Twins went to Toronto. If he's out. He doesn't play there.

There's one reason to watch professional baseball in the Twin Cities right now. Walker Jenkins playing in St. Paul.

This clown show Twins team is fundamentally horrible.

Taj Bradley had a decent start last night with 5IP, 1ER, and 6K. Then came Mick Abel...1IP, 6R, 5ER, 7H, 1BB,1K. I guess... technically...Abel averaged a strikeout per inning.

Went to the game again last night. It was going pretty well until it wasn't. Austin Martin was horrible in the field and on the basepaths. Keaschall didn't play last night, but he's been BRUTAL in the field all season. Wallner strikes out more frequently than Miguel Sano, I think. SWR always runs into one awful inning that ruins his outings. Hatch can be cut now. Rocco just let the game get out of hand instead of replacing Hatch. I don't get it. Frustrating game. We were at the game on Sunday too; THAT is the real Twins team that we need to show up more often. Who would have thought we'd win a series against the Padres? Fun game.

White Sox, 0-72 when trailing after 8 innings.

The only bright side is another strong start from Matthews. Unfortunately, we are once again reduced to looking for the small victories inside the losses.

Last night was the 2nd worst loss of the season. The worst was the game SWR started vs the Blue Jays.

This Adams guy may be the worst pitcher in franchise history.

You didn't watch in the early 80s.

There were some terrible pitchers then.

Post WS in 1991 the staffs got pretty thin too.

The current pitching staff has to be among the worst if not the worst assembled in Twins history. I use 'assembled' loosely. They are leftovers. Placeholders. Here are the current pitchers who belong on a major league roster:

Ryan
Sands (marginally)
Lopez *just activated as I'm typing this.

Festa and Zebby have potential but aren't there yet. Ober and SWR have been up and down but mostly down. Besides Sands the 'aces' of the bullpen are Tonkin and Funderburk. Oof.

Everyone else is little more than a rotating cast of warm bodies to occupy a roster spot until the end of the year.

He's not even the worst pitcher on the roster today...

In 62 MLB innings, Noah Davis has now allowed 71 runs, 99 hits, 30 walks, 17 home runs, and hit 11 batters to top everything off. Of the over 11,000 pitchers in MLB history, Davis has the second-worst ERA among players with at least 50 innings. He’s rapidly closing in on the top spot, just a few runs behind fan-favorite Charlie Stecher of the 1890 Philadelphia Athletics.

Jeffers to the IL with a concussion. We're gonna see a lot of Mickey Gasper down the stretch. Is Vazquez ever coming back?

What is your fixation with putting Ryan down? His previous outing was 7 shutout innings with 8 K's and only 1 BB, but he's not getting it done anymore.

Who cares if Vazquez ever comes back. Is the return of the worst hitter in baseball going to make this clown show any more watchable?

Matt doesn't like anyone who threatens Baker's all time status in Twins history.

And Ryan was pitching through a virus this game.
