The weaknesses were masked a little bit last year, but are getting exposed big time this year.

FA blew up in their face this year, and just a terrible decision to roll with McCarthy this, even though it's painfully obvious he wasn't ready.

I understood the draft pick, you gotta find your QB, but the development and assessment of his readiness to play is concerning.

The fact that we have a GM who has routinely missed on talent, I have very little faith this is the guy

Gave up the equivalent of a late 3rd for those two. Why even draft Felton if he is not going to play... just pass on the pick.

Note: Felton was pick 102, a comp pick, the last pick in the 3rd. If there were no comp picks he'd have been a high 4th.

Cousins was at a very different point in his career. He was at the end of his career and no way were the Vikings going to give him the kind of money he wanted. Darnold was entering his prime.
