So, let me ax you a question:

I'm getting ready to cross the Iowa border on 52 heading towards Rochester. I want to take 94 up to and through Fargo. Is going through St. Paul going to suck if it's about 5p?

Or should i bypass the Cities?

I would bypass 94 for sure. At 5 PM you are going to hit lots of traffic no matter which route you take. Maybe take an hour or so for dinner some place at 5 PM and then continue on north.

Looking for opinions.

I want to get a neck tattoo. A sleek tasteful one. Wife is full stop. I say no way she gets a say in my personal choices. Not to that level. Full face tats or body modifications sure, talks seem appropriate. Aa is she's giving me major grief over the earing. Because it's dangly lol

Need something lighter. Hasn't been 3 years since my 1st knee alignment surgery and I've already been back to the surgeon. He said the procedures could have put off knee replacement for 15 years...but they didn't? My options? Gut it out as long as I can.

I want my life back. I could have been long over this with replacement surgeries but they didn't want me to have to go through it again. 2 replacements VS one plus they break both my legs and insert hardware..

Can't afford it anyway but if I could..my wife would have a new thing to get used to.

In a kind gesture she came up behind me this morning and put in a diamond stud in my ear. I like it. These issues are hers. If I want to be a bald, cowboy hat wearing, dangly earing, neck tattoo sporting guy...as long as I treat her right. Which I didn't do enough of sporting any look.

I played pb prior to 2020 a little bit. I started playing with locals in Jan 2024. Second time out I tore my left inside meniscus. Hobbled around on the court until surgery on 12/30/2025. I had a partial knee replacement done with robotics. I"m good to go - unbelievable how well things went (not to jinx anything, I hope).

PB has a very high injury rate - especially for those of us that aren't so young anymore.

I'm thinking of changing my legal name now to Doewhktrtawdjon Mallett. You guys will be able to pronounce it but no one else will. I really don't like to be asked follow question so I want to get away from Dr.

I worked with this one girl, her name was Niamh and she said it was pronounced Neeve. I said - that's stupid...you can't just say things are when they are not. ****jng chaos.

After being off work for nearly 3 years I finally get the chance to start putting my life back together. I start a new job next week.

2 knee realignment surgeries that didn't do much followed by infected foot ulcers, one on each big toe's metatarsophalangeal joint that just wouldn't heal. I even got an ulcer on my left shin down to the bone/hardware, infected of course, trying to use a knee scooter to take the weight off.

I was lucky enough to receive HBOT therapy recently and something finally worked. I'm no longer high risk of amputation.

I've drawn $0 over the last year after I screwed up taking a job, in the same type of supervisory role I last had at The Home Depot but I lasted a week. No pay, no more disability checks since then.

Now I'm going back to PSW work. After a decade out of doing it. Things have changed. When I left the minimum wage was $11.25 and I made $12. Going back the min wage is $17.60 but I'll be making over $30/hr.

Why am I sharing this? One, with my ADHD over sharing is something I do, and I really don't have anyone to share the news with. Lastly, while I know things aren't the same, and they might never be again, but I've been through hell and back, and I'm hoping for a bit of understanding. I know I've lost respect but I can't undo any of the dumb things I did or said. Through it all you guys have been a big part of my life. I'm sad that I used to pm with so many people and almost no one now, but it is what it is. There's a lot of things I'd like to put in the rear view mirror. Focus on moving forward. I hope you guys are still willing to accept me.

I feel fortunate to have survived the challenges I've these last few years. Tried throwing away my life a few times. My desire now is to give. To be kinder. (except to trump supporters lol) To fight less battles over spiritual differences.
