Will be fascinating to see what adjustments happen tonight.
Never bet against the Hawks.
Bet they've been seething the last day or so.

That Kesler move last off-season was quiet, should have been loud.
Best move any team made.
Hate him, but he's a huge difference-maker.

Yep,

I try to imagine liking him if he was on the Wild, but can't push my imagination that far.

Very effective player tho.

The only change I've heard so far is that Rundblad is going to sit and Comisky is going to move up in the lineup. He's got more experience than Rundblad and makes quicker decisions with the puck. The top two d men are playing too many minutes right now.

I've had to choke back some vomit and pull for him a couple times when he pulls on the USA sweater.
It's damn hard.
It's actually harder for me to do that with Kane.
Because he's been so awesome against us and with the Hawks .... But he's been a DOG on USA teams.

Kesler would stab his mother to win a game.
He has no problem doing anything it takes.
Add talent and size to that kind of attitude, you've got yourself one hell of a problem as an opponent.
Every time Winnipeg and Calgary let him get in their heads, he'd kill them with a sweet goal or assist.

There was about a 98% chance the Hawks would score first tonight.
Just a damn good hockey team when focused.

Putting the puck on goal is always the smart play in the playoffs. Staying out of the sin bin is smart, too.

Anaheim plays a nasty forechecking style. They are some physical dudes.

Oh, yeah. And it takes an act of God to get the puck away from them. The Hawks are going to have a hard time keeping up with the physical style of play.

Relentless
Physical
Pressure

Not sure any team can handle them.
Big and talented and like to hit.

I love Duncan Keith's game, but this type of game is hard on a guy his size.

If they win this series, anaheim should be able to steamroll either new york or tampa. Tampa has a better chance than the rangers, though. If the Hawks lose this game, anaheim's gotta be the cup favorite.

You're good yet Joe
This looks like a long series
I won't count your Hawks out till I see it.
They've just gotta make Anaheim play D more.
Your shooters are always there, they ain't going anywhere.
That ability to snipe on every rush means you can win every game you're in.

Suddenly Chicago looks fresher.
They are pretty amazing.
Draw on reserves that regular teams just don't have.
