Michigan making their jumpers down the stretch.
Down 6 with two minutes left.
Not gonna have many impressive road wins on the resume' boys.

Disappointing loss in a winnable game. Too many empty trips on the fast break. Too many turnovers. Too many silly fouls, some of which were questionable. Morgan is a flopper and cost us at least 3 fouls. They are the better more athletic team, but we had a chance if we'd have executed a little better.

Thought Richard was going to explode during that late time out. Now we have to beat Penn State and win at least 1 in the tourney to get on the bubble, 2 in the tourney should get us in.

Perimeter d was awful. They try to help too much too often, leaving shooters wide open.

Michigan shoots better early, wouldn't have been close at all.

Was nice they came back. Buggs inexperience was exposed on D. Dunno what Hollins/Hollins excuse is. They are not playing very good on that end of the floor.

Morgan should go to Hollywood when he's done. What an actor.

I'm still optimistic that two more wins -- PSU and one tournament win -- gets us in.  Fingers crossed.

A lot will depend on how many at-large spaces there are. If there are upsets in the conference tournaments where a team that wouldn't have been selected wins and gets the automatic bid and it doesn't cost that conference's top team(s) their spot, the number of bubble teams getting in gets smaller. We need the favorites to win their conference tourneys and that will improve our chances.

In the meantime, another scholarship opens up. Lots of room to strike gold if Pitino can get the commits.

Reusse:

Issue isn't benching Oto; it's making sure that he left team. And Ellenson wasn't about him wanting to high jump.

3 scholarships opening up. The Gophs could get healthy and deep very quickly.

I hate journos with the crypto-tweets that they don't have the guts to expand on. If you've got something to say, have the nuts to say it.

The Tyus Jones era ends with a whimper. CDH upsets Apple Valley in the sectionals. BWAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! NO TOURNAMENT FOR YOU TYUS!

Sorry, I know it's childish and petty, but I'm pissed off about the whole Puke Bluedevil thing.

If he was so good, he'd be in the state tournament.
If he was so good, they'd be unbeaten.
Good luck at Duke. Follow the flow of underperformance(see Duke v Wake Forest).

Hard for me to get upset about a kid going to a school that's best for him. He's been the big fish, now he needs the big pond.

I like Jones. Watched him half a dozen times this year. I think he's a bit overrated locally.

I would take Mudiay over him, and it's not even close.

Way to not put them away, Gophs. We are a weak-minded team.

Arriel McDonald talks too much.

He's proven that a couple times over. The talent level is also improving. Bright future in Lincoln hoops.

Packing the house like that? Proof that WINNING will bring in the fans.
