Status: online 		It is actually a pretty fitting finish for this group. The way they played most of the year they didn't really deserve to be in the tourney this year. Made a run against a very weak conference to make it and now that we are playing a quality team we just can't cut it.

Sadly correct.
There were flashes, but it was pretty evident about half-way thru that we weren't in it to win it.
Worried about the way it is now ... worry about draft status and where you're going, long before your college career ends.

A stark reminder that losing sucks more than winning is fun. Not enjoying this at all.

They're losing for the same reasons as usual. Out-worked and not mentally strong.

Status: online 		I also think the fact that we have to go outside of our conference to get any quality competition is going to hurt the Gophers too. I sure do miss the old WCHA!! Looking at the NCAA bracket you see 8 teams from the old WCHA. The B1G isn't going to be good for Gopher hockey in the long run. We are going to see a lot more top end talent going elsewhere so they can play against the best every weekend.

Xfinity has a TV to go app that may work. Or you may able to stream it from ESPNU website by using your Comcast login. That is how I watched the ladies win last Sunday.


That's what I ended up doing but luckily I didn't have much time to watch that mess. Checked in to see the score a couple of times. Ick.

The B10 SUCKS.
We are not mentally tough.
The scariest part to me ... is this is as low as we've ever been for YOUNG talent.
Our older guys had most of it, we aren't even looking at our normal stable of freshmen waiting to bust out, etc.
We are disappointing, and aren't real excited about whats coming in.
Not a good combo.

The Sue/Quin game starts out, and theres tons of slashing, tripping, pushing, of course, each team getting good ends of it.
Eventually, a Sue guy just flat-out murders a kid along the boards, the refs HAVE to make a call.
They give a 2 minute rough, on a play where 3 consecutive life terms would have been understandable.
And the entire Sue crowd just goes bananas. They honestly feel it is every opponents job, to be abused and beaten up. And they should like it.
I love how indignant they get when ANYTHING goes against them. It used to anger me, now its just fun to watch.

I want to see an all "Old WCHA" Frozen Four of 3 Minnesota teams and Denver. The brackets line up perfectly as long as they all win their regionals.
