Status: online 		Gophers start the season against UMD and it's not even televised in the twin cities! Have to pony up to stream the game from NCHC .............not happening.

So sad, what we've become.
And that's not a knock on the in-state teams ... its just sad to see for those of us who loved the Gopher program at one time.
It starts with no TV coverage. I mean, really? Is this 1977?
This is a major college D1 sport that's being treated like a Park-n-Rec over-35 basketball league.
Millions of fans in this state used to be glued to TV sets on Friday and Saturday nights.
Now, no one even knows WHEN they play, much less where you can find them on TV.
Something collapsed, and its awful. And unfair to the other schools as well. The in-state teams should be getting praised for their improvements as well, but instead, its all playing out in anonymity at this point.
Sad as hell.

The Greed involved in creating the Big Ten Hockey conference is what ruined everything for everybody.

I'm going stand up and speak for Australia ( I'm in Perth ) Big 10 hockey sucks! Ruined a good thing with the WCHA.

Status: online 		The Gophers hockey team really sucks from what I can see. I have watched exactly half of a game and they are getting completely manhandled by Penn State. Going to be a real hard team to cheer for the way they play.

Status: offline 		Gophers get revenge on a goal that looked a lot like Penn State's 2nd goal. The only difference is Penn State went high, Gophers went low. Not very good defense by Penn State letting us waltz in like that. 4-2 Gophers with 15 minutes left in the game.
