This bad Illinois team is going through our defense like a hot knife through butter.

Wow, they actually made the right call

Even though they reversed the call and got it right a call like that can get in the defenders head and cause him to be too cautious for the rest of the game. How can our D be playing this bad.

If we lose this game we lost it on letting the QB get that 16 yard run on 3rd and 17.

Just a terrible drive by the D.  That was way too easy...

And we go to the typical 3 and out playcalling by Limecrapper.  The "everyone in the stadium knows it's a run" on first down and 2 dropped passes.  Great start...

It looks like the real Gophers have returned replacing the imposters who have been impersonating them all season.

The non running QB is looking like Michael Vick in his prime against us. Down 14 to a BAD Illinois football team.

I just noticed today that a touchback starts at the 25 yard line. What kind of CRAP is that. It leaves almost no incentive for the return team to actually return the ball.

Hopefully the comeback has begun. Baby steps. A FG to get on the board. A three and out for Illinois.

I sure an a whiner and complainer today but we can't run the ball. If we can't run our chances of coming back from 11 down are not good.

Cobb pulls a positive play out of his ass. Almost a safety. What is going on. We have no blocking. David Cobb one of the best RBs in the Nation is averaging one yard or less per carry.

Leidner is brutal. Easy game plan for Illinois. Take away Cobb and make Leidner beat you.

They haven't beaten a team with a pulse all year. This should not be a surprise whatsoever. Northwestern is the benchmark win for the year. Unless Leidner plays better, they will be 6-6 at the end of the year.

I could name 25 junior college quarterbacks that could start for this team tomorrow, without any practice. This kid is in way over his head.

If you know the names of 25 Junior College Quarterbacks you have serious problems.

Can the Gophers make two consecutive 11 point second half comebacks after losing 23 times in a row when trailing at the half.

Riley O'toole lead footed QB for Illinois with no shiftiness either just seems like we have no one interested in tackling him.

LMAO all it takes is one play. Cobb goes from 36 yards at 2 yards a carry to 103 at 6 yards per carry. Gets his second TD on the next play and Gophers have the lead.

We need a TD here to lock up the game. Kick the FG and I can still see the 1 point loss.
