I have such mixed emotions. I never want to hope one of my teams lose, but if it would get a new coaching staff then OK

BTW has he recruited anyone that knows how to tackle or do they even having tackling drills?

Purdue was 1st and 25 and get 1st down. that is sad especially since it was 3 runs

I was just thinking the exact same thing. During the games I root for us, but I'm not nearly as upset by the losses as I normally am.

I've never seen an 18 yard FG missed that badly.

I realize it was a super tight angle, but man...

Gophers dodged a bullit there. I was ready to say forget about firing him after the game, fire him at 1/2 time

Do the players even respond to his rah-rah stuff anymore?

They look like they're going thru the motions.

One of his biggest eff ups was having the fast-break, recruiting Gray, and then not staying with it.

Clod.

Commercial showing the car dragging the boat anchor.

That's the U-mobile if they "fire" Brewster but let him finish the season.

Maturi must go, too.

Only the Gophs could mess up a great D play by having the kid fumble while trying to do an extension, have the ball hit the pylon and get ZERO out of it.

They recruited him when they were running the spread offense since he was a running QB, then they switched back to a pro style offense. I think Allipate will be QB next year and they leave Gray at WR

Right. They can't stay with a system long enough to get anything accomplished, and you waste the talents of the kids you have.

Gray should regret coming to MN. Waste of his talents.

I don't know about that Ed, I think he can be an outstanding WR and have a better chance in the Pros then a running QB.

Way to many missed tackles

We'll never know what kind of a college stud QB he could have been with this unit.

Pathetic. fumbled the ball, purdue went right down the field. Just pathetic.

More Gophs magic.

TD called back because the kid turned up the field. Not set. brew blows a nut. Sorry, that was a penalty.

Amazing.

We design a play that has 3 guys WIDE OPEN and after the penalty, the next play generates a throw to a guy who is sandwiched.

Just looked under porous in the dictionary.
Yep ... Gophers D was pictured.

breachable: easy to cross, infiltrate, or penetrate

Today is a day 1 play could have made the diff. And Brew can use that one, at this point.

The kid's fumble lost a minimum of 3.

And Purdue took it down the field.

Snake-bitten? Unlucky?

No, it's Gopher Football.

It isn't bad enough with how bad the Gophers are playing, but now Purdue got a bogus roughing the passer penalty in their favor

Don't forget - we always score last!

Weber is the best garbage time QB I've ever seen.

Brewster will surely be encouraged by the ending.
