I will give the Tribe credit, they went down swinging
Took everything the Yanks had

Talk about ballsy … Alomar PH for his best and hottest hitter when it was 8-6, and the dude made him look like a genius
Looked like a HORRENDOUS move at the time.
Turned out golden
This is a different world, people

Is not the way to go. Go with guys who can HIT

Warning signs were there in ST part 1

Sano had 8 K's in 28 at bats hit .179
Polanco .125
Kepler .136
Garver had a half dozen K's in 22 at bats,hit .225
Rosario hit .120

Correa is the perfect spokesperson for the #Astros cheating scandal. He’s completely unaware of his presence and to arrogant to make an effort to see it.

It’s amazing how little self-awareness these clowns have. They cheated. Period. And somehow they continue to act like they are the victims and that everyone’s disdain for them is unfair. A little contrition would be nice.

This proves that without cheating the Astros are a bunch of ... (checks notes) .. players who advance in the postseason.

They might just say you don’t deserve the World Series ring you have and cheating should have consequences.
Beats me, though.
People say all kinds of things.

Nobody said they weren't talented. Cheating has completely ruined their reputation and nobody will look at them the same way again. Their "title" is tainted and they should be prepared to be booed for the rest of their careers.

They are probably still going to say “You cheated last year!” - Nuetral party here, but that’s my guess. I imagine sweeping the Twins in a Best of 3 series in 2020 won’t change many people’s arguments about 2019 scandal.

That you never would have beat the Dodgers in games 3 and 5 if you didn’t know what pitches were coming. You cheated. It will be with you the rest of your life. You can’t escape it. (That’s what they’ll say.)

We will say the same things. You beat a weak Twins team that i believe now has an 18 game losing streak in postseason. The success your organization got was not earned. It was stolen. We that do not like your organization aren't going away because you won a best-of-3 series.

One of the few good things about Twitter is people pointing out how enjoyable it is to listen to Alex Rodriguez call baseball games on ESPN. Here's a sampling of some amusing tweets.

Seems simple, but it was awesome advice to some of our guys.
We seemed shocked when they did not give us what we like to hit.
Wish we could have played the A's apparently.
