Status: offline 		This is where we find out if Duluth is Tom Brady or just Brett Favre. Do they lose the championship game 2 out of 3 times? Or do they win it 2 out of 3? The legacy of this class of UMC hockey will be determined tomorrow night.

Yup, that's why I never watch anything ESPN unless that is the only place to watch a game. After the game ends the channel is changed instantly....the worst, most bias coverage ever. Last night I streamed the game on my laptop with the volume muted while watching a movie with the wife and didn't have to listen to the play by play.

Status: online 		I wasn't very impressed with the Hobey Baker winner last night either. As far as I was concerned he should have been booted from the game early in the 3rd period after a clear cut shoulder to the head of a UMD player. Overall UMass played a very cheap-shot, Canadian style of hockey in my eyes so it was fun watching the Bulldogs take them to school.
Sandelin had them prepared and they played a great game.

Go back to Umass and learn hockey
It’s not head hunting.
Tells you a lot when a kid would jeopardize his participation and his teams chances by going after someone’s head in the biggest tourney of the year.
UMD has a right to call itself elite.

Status: online 		Another college hockey season is facing off. My SCSU Huskies graduated a lot of talent and early exit lost Ryan Poehling to the Pros. Ryan was on the short list of those expected to be the best player in the country. Depressing. #6 in the preseason poll. Of course UMD is #1. The other ranked Minnesota team Mankato #3. Gophers and Bemidji in the also receiving votes group.

Status: online 		Huskies won an exhibition against University of Alberta 4-2.
This week is going to be fun traveling to Bemidji to take on the Beavers. Huskies are tougher than Beavers or Gophers.

Status: online 		It actually worked. I posted congrats when it was 3-0 after 2. It went 4-0 then 4-1 with SCSU shorthanded on a major with 10 minutes to go. Huskies score 2 shorthanded and then tie the game one minute after the penalty. I wonder how many times in SCSU history we have made a 4-0 comeback in the 3rd. Then tougher yet the 4-1 comeback shorthanded for 5 minutes. Would have loved to get the win, but in this one case I will be satisfied with the tie.
