Another awesome example of what makes America great An inmate at Fremont Correctional Facility in Cañon City, Colorado, has put his time to good use by filing a lawsuit seeking more than $88 billion against the NFL on the behalf of the Dallas Cowboys and their fans. The Cowboys lost to the Green Bay Packers in the divisional round of the playoffs after a controversial overturned call found that Dez Bryant did not "complete the process" of a crucial fourth quarter catch. Terry Hendrix, the inmate, claims that NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, vice president of officiating Dean Blandino and referee Gene Steratore cost the Cowboys an opportunity to win a Super Bowl through "gross negligence" and would like $88,987,654,321.88 in financial damages, according to WFAA-8 Dallas. The astronomical sum has some significance, as the first and last numbers are 88, a reference to Bryant's jersey number.
