Cousins only sacked once
Couldn’t believe Dallas overloaded multiple times away from Elflein

RG sub came in
Road grader

Keep playing him

Dozier?
He had some outstanding run blocks.
As you say, just steamrolled a guy or two. Overwhelmed them. More of this guy, please.

With bigger guys that can run

I am surprised that so many teams still trot out three linebackers in normal formation sets

A d-back like Jayron Kearney or Smith could be more valuable as a spy or run enforcer

If your corners don’t like to get physical tackling in the run game
You’re in big trouble

Love how big some of our D backs are
The INT on the Hail Mary may not have been what you want technically, but watch him go up and get that …. man amongst boys.
Just like Rudolph on the TDs and PAT. Pretty much made the defenders look like gnats. Loved it.

I guess Lamar had the most problems when SD went dime and even 7 dbs all game against him. That is what it takes...

And that’s why the Ravens got Mark Ingram in the off-season
To pound the dime package

7. Minnesota Vikings (7-3, LW: 9)
Maybe Dalvin Cook needs some MVP consideration. Christian McCaffrey has gotten whatever non-quarterback MVP buzz there is to go around, and that’s fine because McCaffrey is great. But Cook is also having an outstanding season. Cook leads the NFL with 1,415 scrimmage yards and 991 rushing yards, and has 10 touchdowns for an excellent Vikings team. Cook can’t win MVP because non-quarterbacks are forgotten in the voting, but he has a case.

Missed the Packers ending
What this time?

Usual fare. Phantom roughing the passer call that changed it from 4th down and Packers punting out of their own endzone, to a fist down for the Packers. Pass interference when Erin threw the ball way out of bounds. At least one missed intentional grounding on Erin. You know, same shit different game.

If you'd like to throw up your noon meal, here's what Erin had to say about it. …..

“I must say, it’s nice to be on this side of one of those calls. I feel like we still are owed a few more before we’re even. I didn’t feel like that was a real tough call, though.”

So, Erin feels entitled to it. I'm shocked .... shocked I tell you.

So now we know that Aaron Rodgers doesn't even know how to count. Or, alternatively, he lives in Bizarro World. Owed more? He has GOT to be kidding.

He’s probably still mad about the tie vs the Vikings in the Matthews call
And mad nothing was called when Barr messed him up

The league owes him from that missed time being hurt

Honestly

It’s not just Aaron Rodgers

I’m surprised some of these defense guys don’t risk a penalty just to knock the media darlings out of games

I heard some commentary about that a week ago. Basically, the thought was, if I am going to get flagged for this silly crap, I might as well make it worth my while.

Vikings are not close to being an elite team with our secondary.

NFL is a passing league. Even a terrible team with a mediocre QB can attack our secondary and be successful.

Vikings offense seem to think this is a preseason game.

I am not ready to give up on Gopher Football since they have made great strides this season. But they need to continue to improve and PJ Fleck needs a chill pill on the sideline.

1. Gopher Hockey is terrible
2. Wild are terrible.
3. Vikings......show some brilliance but in reality, team is slightly above average for the league. They may not even make the playoffs again.
4. Timberwolves........Wiggins will revert to Wiggins of old.
5. Gopher Men's BB is really questionable.
6. Gopher women't sports are much better than the men

Will the Twins do anything this offseason significantly in addressing pitching? And getting Odor to sign a one year contract, while ok, is not the improvement the team needs to take the next step. Simply the status quo for one season.

Will this game be the 2 x 4 to the Wilf's head that Zimmer and Speilman are not the answer?

My god.....they aren't even on the road.........at home and playing like this.

This is one of the most embarrassing things I have ever seen.

CBS talked about Denver having won 3 of last 5

and #3 defense

And the Vikings coming off "emotional win"

Sounds like the Gophers' first half

I can't even watch it's so embarrassing.
