What's the point in having him re-arrested? Do they think the judge is going to order him held without bail?

It's a DA (political wonk) flexing his muscles to show how tough he is and get his name out there so that he can run for higher office later.

pisses me off.

To think of AD running amok on the NFL for some other team. Much like Randy Moss, just irks me.

But It's almost a guarantee now.

He will be back. he will still dominate...but now it wont be for us.

The biggest mistake they could make is draft a guy just to replace him with the first round pick. Now if the guy is talented enough to deserve it, that's fine. but if they reach to replace him...they will end up with the next Troy Williamson.

No, Williamson was a WR.

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson could be arrested again after admitting he used drugs, which would violate his bond conditions, reports FOX 9 in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

According to the report, Montgomery County prosecutors have filed documents to have Peterson arrested again after Peterson admitted to a staffer that he "smoked a little weed" before giving a urine sample on Wednesday.

The district attorney has reportedly asked the judge to set aside Peterson's $15,000 bond.

FOX 9 reports that there likely won't be any action on Thursday, because the judge presiding over Peterson's case has a hearing scheduled for Friday morning.

A real Mensa member, that AD.
Let's see, gonna be in court , umm, just gotta fire up.

AD is going to dominate at 30+ years old in a pass happy league? um...no

"Dominate" to me means the team gets some benefit. The only year AP carried the team they squeaked into the playoffs with the help of about 5 other teams losing at the exact moment needed.

Handing the ball of 30 times a game because your QB absolutely sucks and limping just North of .500 doesn't do much for me.

AD is overrated in terms of helping the team. The year he could have helped he dropped the ball on the carpet in New Orleans 3 or 4 times.

I heard a guy on the radio say, AP might get around it by just saying he smoked dope before his original arraignment. Basically say he hasn't smoked since the judge told him not to.

He will remain the greatest RB of all time IMO. But I'm done with him. What a dumbass.

I agree he will end up dominating for someone else for a year or two; oh well.

At least this is a good RB draft. LB, CB, or OT in the first. RB in the 2nd.

We will finding out what kind of team we have without AP. Teddy could be special and CP has immense athletic ability. I predict even with a gigantic improvement at QB the offense will struggle without AP. He is a difference maker.

Duh.

No kidding. My point is I hope they don't reach for a Running back, or we will end up with the equivilent of Williamson.

Didn't think I had to spell that shit out.

Even if that's true, it's still AD's fault for being a complete dumbass. Weed is still illegal in 48 states.

Have they brought up how we were late getting the card to the podium at the draft yet?

Asshats.

It would have to be an incredible player for me to draft a RB in R2.

It doesn't seem like high draft pick RBs pan out any more than lower round ones. And even of the RBs that do pan out, how many are really good for an extended period of time anymore?

In both cases the Democrats put up candidates that made voters wanna puke.

Skip - all I have is a tobacco settlement and my last name is - Humprhey.

And in Wisconsin the Dems, for the recall election, rolled out the same dude that LOST to Walker in the general election...

MORONS.

Can see that argument. I certainly wouldn't reach for one. But I think some very good ones will be available in this draft. A lot will depend on how Kalil does this year as well as how our DB's do. Another position I left out that we should be looking at: QB. Probably need to get a backup at some point in this draft.

That was mind-boggling. It's like the Tigers hiring Gardy to do what Ausmus can't.

For me to even consider a RB in the first 3 rounds he better be a stud runner and stud receiver.
