ORIGINAL: djskillz I can't agree on them missing AD. McKinnon's been solid and Asiata is decent in a Moe Williams/Leroy Hoard sort of way. But you're still talking about the best RB in the NFL. I think he would help our line tremendously, as he has for the last few years, and in turn help keep defenses honest for Teddy and the receivers. I think you put AD on this team and we have at least 2 more wins so far and are a playoff team. Asiata/McKinnon will never be AD in his prime, but that combo can be good enough for a quality NFL team. I don't think the delta is that great, and let's face it, even without the legal troubles, how much time does AD have left? Ya, I think that duo is average at best together. AD and McKinnon? Gotta be the best in the league. And I've always felt AD was one of those guys that would defy age for a few years with how in shape he is and his work ethic. He's a true freak. I see him being solid talent-wise for at least 3-4 more years. He'd be 32 by the end of the 2017 season. That'd be 3 years after this one.
