We have been playing with the lead almost the entire season so far, but have not been able to finish very well. Maybe tonight is the night.....

Yeah. If I'm being honest, I didn't expect much this year. Gus has been much better than early Gus last year but that's about it. D is still a mess, we can't breakout ect....

PP has been better but Hartman's PP goal was actually just crappy awareness by STL. Good on the boys for taking advantage but that should played better, IMO.

BTW - what a dumb rule on KK's non-goal at the end of the first half. I had no idea that was the rule. I assumed it was like BBall where the ball/puck just had to be off the hands/stick as it was heading on net before the buzzer.

If anyone is watching. This aged well

LOL. It has always been where the puck has to cross the goal line before the clock runs out.

Saved us at the end of the 2nd tonight.

Gus played a very good game and ended it with an empty net goal! Very nicely done.

I don't have that problem but have seen others say the same thing. Maybe try updating your browser.

Gus was excellent tonight. You're right about that. TBH though, I think STL just sucks again.

Gus has been very good.

Caught a little Lou Nanne with Barriero....he said the Wild have stolen 2 points so far and his 2 main takeaways is that they should have Boyd playing Ohlgren. He needs to play in Iowa for a couple weeks to gain confidence first and was hoping they would have found a way to find a spot for Yurov this year.

Looks like Stramel is doing his best Undertaker impression......having some success early.

The Wild would have happily created a spot for Yurov. He opted to sign for another year in the KHL.

Jeff obviously didn't play NHL 95 on PlayStation.

Nice to win a game in regulation. Whew! And good for Gus!

That WAS a bad early whistle that favored us earlier in the game, and I don't blame the Blues fans for being ticked off. Happily, we won by three goals, so the goal that was disallowed for them wouldn't have made the difference. On the other side, the bad penalty call in our previous game DID make the difference. I'm almost over it.
