1) Somewhat agree but the amount of games he's missed gets exaggerated. 2) Not our problem. 3) His accuracy is fine. Cousins career completion % is 66.8, Jackson's is 63.7.

Yes - this is true. I think it arose out of a whim but then content creators saw what an uproar of response it was getting so many of them kept on with it.

Don't forget the 45-50M per year guaranteed that he wants(tough to void years that). And his name isn't Mahomes or Burrow.

Commit future draft picks for one of the Top 4 QBs this year if we are going for the Big Splash.

Most of them in the last two years.

And his style of play is a root cause of that. He's only going to miss more games. That's why the Ravens rolled the dice by tagging him the way they did....They figured most teams would see that and not want to pay him what he really wants because they can't trust he will be there for every game....

I brought this up before and with no comments: Were there issues with him holding himself out of the lineup, especially the playoff game, because he wasn't getting the contract from Balt he thought he deserved?

Thing is, this day and age you hear it all, true or not.

I wouldn't have an issue offering Lamar $140 million guaranteed for 3 years.

After that he will likely be a broken old man of a QB.

5 years $250 million fully guaranteed is franchise suicide.

I wouldn't give ANY qb $30, $40, $50 million or anything of that sort unless that QB had won me a Super Bowl. Did you win a Super Bowl in your first five years on your rookie deal? Yes? Great! Here's your hugenormous contract. We won a Super Bowl so F it let's just run victory laps and everyone love life. No? Good luck on your new team next year. If it didn't happen in the first five, it's likely not going to happen in the next ten. Next!

When you can add 1200 rushing yards and 7 rushing TDs to your 3000+ passing yards and 36 passing TDs I'll allow you to be three points less accurate than Kirko.

Granted I want neither, but I'll take Lamar over Kirk all day long. Check out the 4:21 mark. This is the type of play you run to take the Giants out of the D they were using on us in the playoffs.

I have him down for missing 9 starts just the last 2 years and I believe a playoff game.

Thoughts on Hardman? Vikes have talked a little with him.

I like the speed he brings but another player that struggles to stay on the field. May have to go games and performance incentives.

Well, What Lamars BEEN doing these past four years hasn't amounted to jack shit either. Anyone who says they believe Jackson is an accurate passer has an agenda they are trying to push. He is average at best (passing accuracy).

Does he have some dynamics to his game? Yes, he does, but those same dynamics are the ones that have QB's like him, out of the league quickly, (in a relative comparison to QB's that don't run the ball so much.) Yes, it offers up another dynamic that the opposition has to prepare for, but not an impossible task. It has been my observation that running QB's deteriorate much faster than pocket type guys. I want a QB that CAN run when needed, Mahomes, Allen, Hurst, a few others come to mind. I don't want an average arm talent guy that we design run plays for just to throw off the defense. Just my preference, I don't pay $50 million a year for that type of QB.
