Here's how Miller and fellow Lynx rookie Dorka Jahasz made the WNBA all rookie team.
Minnesota Lynx Dorka Juhász and Diamond Miller Named to 2023 WNBA All-Rookie Team

MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL – The WNBA announced today that Minnesota Lynx center Dorka Juhász and forward Diamond Miller have been named to the All-Rookie Team.
Juhász and Miller become the 10th and 11th Lynx rookies to garner this honor. They become the first rookies to be named to the WNBA All-Rookie Team since Crystal Dangerfield in 2020 and the second pair of Lynx rookies since Nicky Anosike and Candice Wiggins in 2008.
At the end of the regular season, Miller led all rookies in free throw shooting with 79.2% and second in overall field goal percentage with 40.3%. She finished ranked second in scoring (12.1 ppg), fifth in rebounding (3.5 rpg) and second in assists (2.5 apg). Amongst rookies, Juhász led in assists (2.6 apg), finished fourth in scoring (6.0 ppg) and second in rebounding (6.5 rpg).
On Sept. 1 against Atlanta Juhász ended the game with 12 points on 6-of-14 shooting, a career-high 16 rebounds, six assists and one block. Her 16 rebounds set a new Lynx rookie rebound record and she became only the third WNBA rookie to have 10+ points/15+ rebounds/5+ assists and only the second to do so without any turnovers. This game was then followed on Sept. 3 against Phoenix when she finished with 10 points, 12 rebounds, a career-high eight assists and two blocks. With these two games, she became only the second WNBA rookie to amass consecutive games with 10+ points/10+ rebounds/6+ assists. Juhász ended the season with 247 rebounds which sets a new record for rebounds by a Lynx rookie.
On August 29, Miller led Minnesota over Washington, tallying a game-high 25 points on 7-of-16 from the field and 4-of-7 from deep with her four three-pointers tied her season-high and was the rookie to achieve multiple games with four made threes. She became only the second first-year Lynx player to connect on 4+ three-pointers in consecutive games, the first time since 1999. This game also marked her second 25+ point game, making her the first Lynx rookie to do so since Maya Moore had two in 2011. In Minnesota’s game against the Chicago Sky on Sept. 8, Miller finished with 24 points, and shot 10-of-11 from the field, 3-of-4 from the three and 1-of-3 from the line. She became the second rookie to notch 10+ field goals in a game and this also marked her fifth 20+ point game, the second most by a rookie this season. She ended the game with an effective field goal percentage of 104.6 and became only the third Lynx player to reach 100% or better, joining Seimone Augustus (2007) and Charde Houston (2009) in this mark. Miller ended the season as only the third Lynx rookie to amass at least 380 points, 110 rebounds, 30 steals and 10 blocks, joining Napheesa Collier (2019) and Maya Moore (2011) to achieve this feat.
