I didn't watch the game. Do you think it's better to not watch anymore? I won't watch the Twins vs the Yankees either. Why should I punish myself.

These are not your older brother's Twins. This Twins team will not fear the Yankees and I would not be surprised if the Twins sweep them!

Seems highly unlikely.

We need to Shake up the coaching staff, maybe front office, get a GM that can swing a deal with Miami to Take KFC and our first round pick for 2020... Hire some bold coaches, try and hold onto what we can of core talent with money saved from KFC trade and lets put Sloter back on roster to win a few Preseason games!

If you are going to draft a new QB you are looking at a total rebuild.

Today’s good players will be too old by the time a new QB is really ready to win.

I would target crappy teams with their QBOTF already in place and see if they would take some of our good players for draft picks. I think the Vikings WR would be very desirable to teams like Giants Jets Arizona.

First thing I do is fire Speilman. No way in hell should he get to pick another QB.

There's a 95% chance that the Twins get swept. They likely won't even win one game. That's how I've become conditioned.

Exactly. See if anyone is dumb enough to believe the "He just needs a change of scenery" BS. Then trade Diggs and go sign Dez Bryant for around the league minimum.

What a disheartening feeling realizing our offensive line is really no better than last year's crap model after today's shitshow at Soldier Field.

That offensive line was an embarrassing display of run and pass blocking today.
Just absolutely horrible.

And the Bears didn't even have Hicks in there.
I guess I just have to accept that Bradbury isn't really the prototype center he was touted as being.
He's getting smoked week after week, and it seems to be getting worse.
Elf or Dakota Dozier doesn't seem to matter at all on the left side. Riley got destroyed by Mack today.
God they sucked.

Head meet Tail...

Tail, realize that when your QB cannot feel pressure, and has no poise, no confidence, no timing and cannot see the open receiver play after play its going to make the entire team look like SH!T... Even the OC and playcalling did no favors but we have a guy on field that can check out of a percentage and make plays, HE DID NONE OF THAT...

Even worse to me is we have a qb that's too afraid to make a play every once in a while. After seeing this I think we go 5-11. What a disgrace all around.

Scratch that comment about Diggs. I didn't realize we'd resigned him to a new deal. Cousins, I'd still take the hit by trading him. Draft a 1st round QB next off season and trade or sign a backup worth a damn.

This line doesn't even seem to want to block for Cousins. I imagine his aw sucks, I messed up routine and lack of killer instinct has taken its toll.

Ive been too harsh on Cousins, My rhetoric created a self fulfilling prophecy and sucked the entire team into a worm hole of doom and gloom...

Nobody is going to take Cousins. Vikings are stuck with him or they will have to release him.

Awful and expensive is a bad combo.

Yeah Kirk is not very good, but I can't blame him for turning into Christian Ponder and getting major happy feet syndrome. He's dropping back into the pocket and somebody is immediately pushing our offensive line around like a ragdoll on his blind side and BAM! Kirk is getting smacked!

I suppose when we play at home against a week team the offensive line looks good sometimes, but man once we go against the good teams forget about it. They looked so overmatched today.

I'm afraid you're right. When you see an opponent tie an anvil around their neck, don't give them an out.

Romo has got to be better than Steph...he is bad.
He looks more like a Preacher than an NFL QB

I think this OL is about on par with what Case had to work with...

The reason Kirk is getting SMACKED is because he isnt reading the field and has no poise or feel for the game around him... Sure you could give him an absolutely stellar OL and he may look improved but 500 ball is still about his ceiling as a career....

Not to mention, the D was the only thing we had to hang our hopes on when Cousins and the offense faultered. Now we saw them crumble against a backup QB and never regroup.

There is a tanking team that would near end of season take Kirk and his contract for some of our high draft picks... has been done recently with another major QB blunder...

Sure it would cost us in draft picks to future development but with core still intact and money freed up in ridding us of KFC we could plug and play something competitive to a level more than what I see now...

I just can't get behind mortgaging a 1st or 2nd rounder to unload an ill-advised contract. I'd eat the contract, draft a 1st.round QB, and keep a high-priced backup. Just not many options. What do we have, two more years of this crap?

It's plausible that they could go 0-6 in division games this year.
