I've always wanted one of those
Jesus
Is my
Homeboy
t-shirts, you know, w/ the white guy in long hair and a beard, but I could never find one.
In my last job in the middle of my rants I'd go, "that'd be a good idea for a shirt"
And I actually had one made for me and my family for this past Christmas:

Negativity
Sucks

-seriously, I'm wearing it now

Jesus wasn't white

Don't matter what color he was - and I'm aware someone would comment on this - it's the visual I have in my head.

Probably easier to live in the now when you have an imaginary friend.

ha ha, let's not get carried away ... I just think it'd be a cool shirt

The only thing I need to know now is Kirk or no Kirk.

I'm willing to patiently wait...until Friday.

Somebody already mentioned this in here ... maybe it was you ...

but it would be disadvantageous for the regime to do anything but say really nice things about Cousins publicly.

Even if they were desperate to trade him. Especially if they were desperate to trade.

Yeah I posted that. I expect them to dance a good dance...I just don't know if we plan on going to the ball.

Of course we can't know that but man I wish I did.

I don't think I'm going to be too mad if they go the Cousins route..with the North potentially ripe for the pickens Kirk behind center ='s the likelihood of at least one home playoff game...

I just want our GM and HC to want to put their stamp on things by drafting a guy. With this draft class we're probably going to be in good position to.

If we stick with Cousins I'm going to want to hear Aikman or someone to proclaim 'This looks like an entirely different Kirk Cousins'.

I don't think I've ever seen a Jesus pic that he wasn't white, yet weathered by the elements, long shaggy hair and beard - a kind soul who wouldn't pass up a doobie if you passed him one

Maybe the Vikes should go a similar route to SF, Garapollo/Lance, and go with Cousins/Pickett for one season ?

Watson:

Cost in picks.
Cost in high salary.
Cost in morality. I.E., putting wins above culture.

I say 0% chance.

Too costly.

I'm surprised houston had to pay his salary last season...where's the commissioner when you need him?....

What makes you think that? Your Viking fandom or do you have any real knowledge on the guy?

As far as I know he could be alright or he could be Christian Ponder bad. I have no idea.

Interesting take by Ben Leber was that the Vikings were prepared to fire Zimmer and they kept him on after the Saints wild card playoff win 2019-20....the morning show asked Ben Leber when the fork in the road was.

That game was his masterpiece. Unfortunately it was also his ceiling. Winning one game in the playoffs on a miracle and then getting bludgeoned to death in the next game is Mike Zimmer's maximum limit of success in the NFL.

Ugh.

Wasn’t worth it in retrospect.

Leber needs his own show.

I agree but Leber has a lot going on. He is becoming a really good announcer. I see him on College games quite often.

Having a smaller show won't pay him the same; I think he will be an NFL game announcer eventually.

Moving griffen hunter inside, which the Saints had no answer for, was one of Zimmer’s few really good strategic moves, besides his one trick pony A gap blitz (which everybody preparef for). Atleast that I can remember.

The king is dead. Long live the king!
