As usual, Zimmer shat his pants when it was winning time. So tired of this Fake Tough Guy and his constant management that dictates all games will come down to the last possession, that he usually sucks at with his terrible decision making.

Not going after Goff when he absolutely sucks under pressure is just unforgivable. He is worse than Dan Campbell, because at least Campbell can get his team up to play a meaningful game. He announced before the game that they were going to "play spoilers," and he got them up to do just that. They were winless; so easy for those players to not play hard and avoid injuries.

On the other hand, Zimmer and Kubiak come out tight and scared. This team has no sense of urgency, and no pride. Jefferson did everything he could, but he can't do it alone. So many selfish, leaderless and overpaid players on this team. Combine that with a clueless coaching staff, and you have a team just playing out the season.

Bench Kirk. Play Mond. Bench Bradbury. Play Cole. Bench Udoh. Play Davis.

It's not just Tony Dungy. From the ESPN game story:

He (Goff) came through in the end, leading the long drive and delivering a sharp pass without pressure against a three-man rush to a rookie receiver, who took advantage of the Vikings secondary playing too deep in the end zone.

“It was actually crazy,” St. Brown said. “They were 3 or 4 yards in the end zone.”

Rookie wide receivers are laughing at Zimmer.

If Mond or a rookie plays, and shows any promise, there is no reason why Theilen and JJ wouldn't stay, especially if they're getting paid.

Just get rid of Zimmer and trade Cousins, doesn't matter what you lose money wise, cut your loses, get rid of Kirk.
