Nice to see the team up 2-0 after watching the shit show the Vikings put on the field.

I wonder if Guerin knows anything about football.

Yup, and the best part about the Wild is I went to bed at 2-0 thinking "we got this."
Sure enough, I get up this morning and read the final is 5-2 Wild.
No last minute meltdowns......

Well they did get it to 3-2, but 2 empty netters sealed it.

He couldn't be any worse than what they have now on the NFL level.

Well, I’m sure he knows Zimmer is an idiot but that’s not saying much. Stevie Wonder can see that.

Oh, so THIS is what it feels like to have a team that just gets it done.

Cool.

More please.

Looks good now, but the Wild are known for their post allstar break swoons.

While that’s true, this a different team. Style is completely different. We can finally score up and down the roster.

That's for sure, this isn't the same Wild team that would go on a hot streak and then fade.
This group of players are all playing hard and for each other as a team. Something we have never seen before on any Wild team, or Vikings team for that matter. Past teams had too much me, mine, I and not enough team. It appears BG has changed that and time will tell, but so far the results have been very good.

Not playing their best game tonight but still tied going into the 3rd.
NHL refs are always bad, so I just expect bad calls or non calls going both ways.
Need a good 3rd here to keep the win streak going.

Streak had to end some time. I didn't think it would be to the Kings, but they were the better team tonight and Kaapo kept the Wild in it.

That pretty much sums up my thoughts about the game. We didn't expect them to go unbeaten for the rest of the season, and Kaapo was incredible.

I want Dumba reassigned to the job of polishing skate blades. He's too much of a liability when he's on the ice.

The WILD looks like a team that just played last night. I hope they get their feet under them, and their passing cleared up for the 2nd and 3rd.

Does anyone else get frequent pixilization at random times during Wild games, and other times when the sound cuts out for a few seconds? I'm wondering if it's a Bally issue. We see it on both of our tvs, but pretty much only during Wild games, which are the only Bally product we're watching right now.

Good sandwich goals. One with half a second left at the end of the first period and another one nine seconds into the start of the second period. Nice!

It might be. I get the feeds on the ESPN app and don't have that issue.

lack of PP is killing us and we'll not do well in the playoffs if we don't get it going.

Do you have Xfinity? I get the pixilization off and on with Xfinity on both of my tv's, but rarely see that when I am streaming on my laptop.
Every once in a while I have to reboot my Xfinity TV box so that it will download everything fresh....that usually helps for a while.

Agree Jeff, we really need to get the PP figured out. They really seem to have problems getting into the zone, and that wastes half the PP just getting things set up.

hockey trivia question. Who did team USA beat to win the gold medal at the 1980 Olympics? I'm guessing most of you will know. Don't cheat and Google it.
