Based on the last two KC games, looks like Kelse is making himself into an attention-whore jackass.

My SB $0.02:

I didn't care who won, and was intrigued by the match-up. My money was on KC, but I was not very confident.

The PHI DL didn't do much at all. ZERO sacks.

The KC offense and OC really attacked the PHI defense later with great playcalling an execution. Nice adjustments. Much better tackling in the 2nd half from KC.

Hurts is a stud and very good QB. He does not have a strong arm though.

There was a 3rd down play early in the game where JJSS was clearly interfered with. No call.

There was clearly holding on "the call" later. That inconsistency drives me crazy. You all see me bitch about the refs a lot.

I get the issue with "football move", but that was pretty damn close to a catch/fumble/score....

The field was an embarrassment.

I'm not a huge Rihanna fan, but the show was fine.

Announcing crew is lame.

Post game was terrible.

Field was worse. Embarrassment to the NFL

Yeah, their glorious, space age field was an embarrassment. Football is a tremendous sport, but so often the NFL gets it so wrong.

Too many rules are judgement calls. Look at the tuck rule or whether the QBs arm was moving forward. How about the ball is in play the entire time!

Meanwhile there are offensive tackles jumping the count left and right. Simple penalty that is often not called.

Or more recently the clock might stop if the player goes out of bounds but it depends on his forward progress or some such crap. That subjective rule is a great candidate for controversy!

Burkhardt joins a group that includes Dick Enberg, Curt Gowdy, and Jim Nantz.

Technically yes, but he'll never BE in that group.

Gowdy had a way of magnifying big games, key situations. You felt like nothing in the world was as important.

Enberg, Billy Packer, and Al McGuire announcing a big CBB game... nothing better.

Hurts was playing the last few weeks with a bad shoulder....he threw some deep bombs earlier that traveled 50 yards in the air with air under it....maybe he took a hit on it later in the game.

Also there was a make call on the def holding as there was a blatant one earlier.

Philly had 2 out of 3 close calls go their way: Smith catch reversed, Goeddert catch, and the Fumble returned for a TD reversed.

Just my opinion, but, I think Rihanna is one of the more overrated artists of all time. I can't think of one impactful song she has made that will be played 30 years from now.

I'm a dinosaur, but I still watch the Grammy's and love to keep up with pop culture. For instance, loved watching Sam Smith and they's performance
of "Unholy" at the Grammy's this year. Really enjoyed the song and have listened to it since.

Rihanna? Other than a pretty face, it just isn't there for me. I'm not hearing it.

2 of her best songs involved Emminem.
I would rather go on YouTube and watch Howard Jones, Daryl Hall's House with Kenny Loggins, the Outfield, etc. but she really doesn't have that many songs.

Here's the Sam Smith song. It, of course, rankles the right because Sam is a They. Instantly a devil worshiper amongst the believers.

Sensational song and video. It tells a story that is very common place in America. Better than anything I've ever heard out of Rihanna.

Now, back to football.

Here's what you don't get...you're wrong. There was no football move
Simple as that.

I am not thinking of terms of being right or wrong, I am only trying to understand.

The WR caught the ball, and moved a step forward before the ball was jarred loose. I have that much correct, correct ?

So does the player have to make a step to the side ? Does he need to move the ball to the left or right ? Does he need to take two steps ?

What is a "football move" ? Is taking a step forwards an un-football move ?

That explains why that last throw was very Ponder-esque

Sure looked like a fumble to me. Rock solid catch, running up field. Yes it was quick and fast but it sure looked like a catch/fumble to me.

And then you have the Philly TE bobbling the ball all the way to the ground out of bounds and it was declared a catch.

watch both multiple times and if you didn't know the history of the rule as to what is a catch you would think they got them both wrong.

I agree on the inconsistency on catch vs. non-catch. By their rules, I don't think the Goeddert "catch" was a catch.

And there were several non-calls on false starts for PHI. The most glaring one, I called out "false start!!!" on Lane. The announcers didn't talk about it for quite a bit, then were like "oh - it was close -I think he just anticipated the snap." No. He left early.

PHI didn't get robbed.

Did Mahomes fumble the last kneel down?

No clue.

If he did, just points to my view that the refs are crap and got a bunch of calls wrong. And the one everyone is talking about....the dude even said he held and it's clear he did.

*shrugs*
