Burkhardt joins a group that includes Dick Enberg, Curt Gowdy, and Jim Nantz.

Technically yes, but he'll never BE in that group.

Hurts is a stud and very good QB. He does not have a strong arm though.

Sprained throwing shoulder. May require surgery.

That explains why that last throw was very Ponder-esque

That last throw was Wofford esque...no air under it at all.

Quack quack.

I wonder if he slipped. Because that was ugly.

It says "sprained throwing shoulder. May require surgery." right in this very thread.

I agree on the inconsistency on catch vs. non-catch. By their rules, I don't think the Goeddert "catch" was a catch.

And there were several non-calls on false starts for PHI. The most glaring one, I called out "false start!!!" on Lane. The announcers didn't talk about it for quite a bit, then were like "oh - it was close -I think he just anticipated the snap." No. He left early.

PHI didn't get robbed.

LOL, I caught that too. It was like they were saying he is other-worldly in a much practiced thing. No fools!

All blowhards. Oh, when compared to Enberg, Packer, and McGuire.

Although I loved Vitale's call on Jerry Stackhouse's reverse slam against half of the Duke team. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEyjOM2Zup4 (:25 sec mark)

Why don't you delete your post, hell you can even keep the BS "back to football" part.

That stuff is specifically why the Politics section was created. To keep that out of the Vikings thread (CBB announcers talk is ok lol).

Here's the Sam Smith song. It, of course, rankles the right because Sam is a They. Instantly a devil worshiper amongst the believers.

Sensational song and video. It tells a story that is very common place in America. Better than anything I've ever heard out of Rihanna.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uq9gPaIzbe8

Now, back to football.

I don't care what "They" do, think, or feel, it's a big whatever to me. It's people like you, and your politics, who keep this world from having peace more than someone that is a "They"

Does 'they' mean 'fat satan'? Don't know all the new age terms.

Some nerves have been touched.

Probably neither.

Let's file it next to KG's 'Warren Zevon is one of the seminal songwriters of all time.'

It has nothing to do with Smith or Zevon and more to do with you foisting your condescending musical preferences onto a viking's board.

Nobody cares. Move on.

Some nerves have been touched.

I see that.

You okay??

I've never heard the term "They" before. I assumed it was like my cousins kid who changed genders. I tried listening to the song for about 44 seconds and I didn't think it was something Id play over and over again on youtube while riding my bike - and it didn't have anything to do with the lyrics or the vid.

And my nerves aren't touched by the song or vid or what turns them on. Slightly sick or touched by the controversial bs politics. Too many people worried about what others believe in. Just f live in peace and stop worrying about others that don't see things the way "you" do. I guess ...
